Po Seok Jeong Korean BBQ

Went for dinner last night and it was such a great experience! The marinated meat was absolutely amazing — flavorful, tender, and perfectly prepared. I also loved that the banchan was unlimited, which made the meal even better. What really stood out was the service. When they heard that my son loves fish cakes, they kindly made some for him even though it wasn’t on the menu. That thoughtful gesture meant so much to us. On top of that, they surprised us with a complimentary steamed egg dish, which was delicious. The staff was incredibly attentive and always there whenever we needed anything. Truly next-level service. If you’re in the mood for great KBBQ, this place is a must-visit!

This Korean restaurant was truly impressive! I did not expect much actually, but from the banchan to galbi, brisket, beef tongue, and cold noodle, the menu was diverse and delicious. The beef tongue and cold noodles were especially top-notch. It had chewy texture and broth was tangy and refreshing, these were my favorite. Overall, the food quality was high, making me want to come back. Highly recommended!

The food and service were great, but the tables and cups could have been cleaner. I noticed some dried food residue in my glass. Other than that, everything tasted really good! 👍

Amazing Korean food all the food is good theres not one bad dish, i love the soy sauce raw marinated crab its fresh and flavorful and the cold noodles as well as the barbecue, even the sides are great as well as beef tartare

Definitely a place to bring friends and family to! The aesthetics and vibe were super cozy and comfortable. We came here later in the evening and the waitress and waiters were very attentive. Hubby got the spicy chicken wings, I got the seafood pahjeon and kimchi stew. We both shared the beanilla afterwards. The kimchi stew was definitely a good portion so keep that in mind if you’re going to order kbbq too!

First time here - pleasantly surprised how they cared about customer feedback. Service is excellent and food was great. Definitely recommend and will be back.

I used to avoid San soo gab san 2 because I had a disappointing experience in the past. But after hearing that the ownership had changed, I decided to give it another try — and I’m glad I did. At truly great Korean BBQ restaurants, you can tell the quality by the side dishes. I normally don’t pay much attention to banchan, but here they were genuinely delicious and thoughtfully prepared. They paired perfectly with the meat and showed that the kitchen really cares about food quality. The meat itself was excellent, and the marinades were outstanding. What impressed me most was that even while focusing on high-quality BBQ, they didn’t neglect the other dishes. Everything we tried was flavorful and well-made. After the BBQ, we had bibim naengmyeon, plus both spicy marinated crab and soy-sauce marinated crab — and every single dish was delicious. Not one weak item. If I had one small wish, it would be that they offered charcoal grilling instead of a gas grill. I think charcoal would elevate the BBQ experience even further. Highly recommended. I’ll definitely be back.
