The Cheesecake Factory

I recently dined at the Cheesecake Factory, and once again, they exceeded my expectations in terms of consistency and quality. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for a memorable dining experience. Everything was perfect this time. Even though it was extremely busy due to the New Year’s dinner rush, everything went smoothly. Our server was friendly and attentive, and the food was absolutely delicious. We enjoyed every moment.

We took our Granddaughter to Cheesecake Factory for her birthday. We got there around 7:15pm on a Sunday figuring they wouldn't be as busy... wrong. had a 20 min wait for a table, then a 10 min wait for our server. We ordered drinks, then waited some more. Upon her return, we ordered an appetizer and our entree's.. The entrees looked great and were warm / hot to touch. (good!) I had the Branzino, which was pretty tasty.. the girls had pasta dishes, not as pleased with their choice as I was.. We ordered a birthday desert and enjoyed a couple bites.

We are an elderly couple who joined the rewards program just so we could make a reservation for 5:00pm. We waited about 5 minutes before getting a booth right behind a servers work station, which was fun because we got to hear all of their conversations! I ordered the chicken piccata, and my boyfriend got the Cajun jambalaya pasta. Both meals were incredibly delicious, along with the BREAD they brought us! Amazing! When it came time for dessert, I immediately ordered the Smores cheesecake (I'm a Smores freak!). Well, it had no marshmallows on it, and very few graham crackers. Very disappointed. But the cheesecake I've had there in the past was fabulous, I am not dissing their cheesecake at all, just this one did not live up to my expectations.

Dinner with the family Saturday night. Reservations were made prior to arrival and we were seated promptly. The server was personable and tired his best to keep up as the host staff clearly put him in the "weeds". My only complaint anout him was he "up" sold my wine without my permission. Food was very good. I recommend this place when you want a special evening.

Love the variety on their cocktail menu. I got the coconut mojito it was so good and refreshing I finished that fast. I also got the tomato basil pasta and it was exactly how the menu described this dish, light and fresh. Great service, the staff are super polite and attentive while the place is very clean.

Had a great birthday lunch for the the son big 25! Service was excellent. And food was excellent. Only minor complaint was wife plate portion on her steak medallions was not the usual larger CF portion - was the skinny option, but was bigger last visit. Of course the Cheesecake was the best.
