Bonchon Waterford Lakes

I would have liked to eat at the restaurant but no one came out and said anything, so I placed a to go order. When someone did finally come out while I was ordering they just placed a to go order and the counter and walked away. Service is awful. I had the chicken katsu and wings. Chicken katsu had pretty good flavor but was dry unfortunately. The wings were good but expensive. I will not be coming back.

I went on Tuesday with my husband and they have on Mondays and Tuesdays $1 a wing deal . 15 wings max per table . But the food was amazing, wings were crispy and tender and the soy garlic sauce was such a good sauce . Season fries were crispy and the food came out fast as well and placed looked very nice and it's cold outside right now but the place was just right with the temperature inside. And the lady that served us was nice and attentive. Definitely recommend and we will be coming back again . Thank you 😊

When this place first opened it was really good, but I’m not sure if the owner is really present to see how the business is ran. I’ve been here multiple times to be let down just to give this place another chance and I guess today just did it over the top for me. Just a couple things I experienced when I wanted to give Bonchon another chance— -If you are calling in to place an order around 6pm, expect your call not to be taken. -I understand it’s summer time and AC usually breaks down. At least have some fans for your customers that are dining in because me sitting at the bar just waiting for my food I started sweating. -If you are understaffed, or your employees are overworked.. you can tell. Walked in, one waitress frantically getting to go orders ready and serving another table. I was ordering on the kiosk and didn’t need assistance but I made the first gesture and said "Hello how are you?" Of course not a simple welcome in or let me know if you need anything, just kept on walking. I could tell she was stressed. -And lastly, the small wings are fine. But if you order the large drumsticks, it’s the luck of the draw which chicken they cut into to check if the chicken is done because 3/4 of my drumsticks were RAW. I was going to feed some to my kids but after seeing that, it made me nervous feeding my kids anything from this order. Im usually not this critical but if you’re not going to listen to your customers, whats another review saying the same thing going to change?

I do not know what happened to this place, a few years ago the service was excellent and amazing. Now its just god awful, I see the owner reply to other reviews saying he will talk to the staff but obviously that isn't working. Their needs to be a mass firing at this establishment, the food was excellent but the service was god awful, I stood there waiting to be seated for about 15 mins while the two woman sitting at a table just stared at us and talking. I was forced to order from the kiosk even though I wanted to sit down and eat, its sad to see this place turn into a dump now with the trashy workers they have hired. If you dont wanna work or interact with customers, go look for a different job. Fire the woman working February 9th if you wanna save the buisness. They will bring you down, food was good though, service is what brought it down.

Went on a quick date with the woman that I am madly in love with and had a great meal , great company .And the service was spectacular. Wings are dope. Garlic parmesian fries are also great . Enjoy this place with someone special. I hope you can experience it with someone you love as much as I do! I love you Cassie!

Got some to go food and it was amazing. Fresh, hot and plentiful. Flavor was on point.

First & last time at this restaurant. They were out of a couple items. There's no service. There is a kiosk for you to order at, and then one server brings the food out to you to go style. I ordered the pot stickers in the photo, came with no silver ware. I could get more pot sticker at a better price & quality at the sushi place next door.
