Beautiful restaurant I felt like I was stepping into fresh sushi shop…I want to tell you the portions are enough to share. So big I had so much leftovers. The sushi was so fresh. The service was amazing !!!! I would say please send out all the food together… we were waiting a little bit and some for certain appetizers and mains. Then the bartender forgot are drinks. They our server certainly made up for it with a suprise dessert. That they need to put on the menu like yesterday !!!
Outstanding experience. The sushi was extremely fresh and delicious, with no bad aftertaste at all. Service was excellent and fairly quick. Everything we ordered tasted fresh and well prepared. The shrimp tempura was one of the best I’ve had, and we tried several different rolls — all were great. The martini sushi was a standout and absolutely excellent. No complaints whatsoever. One of the best places to eat and a true hidden gem.
We had the pleasure of being served by Julia who really helped us navigate the menu as first time customers. She was very informative and after ordering a few things she seemed to really know what we would enjoy. She suggested a few items and we went with her suggestion and we were so satisfied. Ended up ordering not once more but 3 more times. We also ordered a bottle of sake. As far as favorites. The Uni and Sweet Shrimp were our all time favorite and we went back and re ordered those items a few times. Definitely coming back!
I'm letting everyone know of my terrible experience so they can be warned. My wife ordered a steak medium-well, and after a long wait (long after everyone else at the table was almost done eating), it finally came out. She cut into it and it was medium-rare. We sent it back to have the chef cook it more, and when it returned, it was basically a piece of leather. Completely overcooked, beyond well-done, and totally inedible. At that point, we spent too much time there and just wanted to leave. We asked for the bill and noticed the steak was still on it. We asked why it was still there and the response from management was insulting. They actually refused to take it off because they "felt they accommodated us" by trying to cook it a second time. Their big solution? A $3.80 discount. Are you kidding me? To make matters worse, I went to see the manager who literally hid from me at first. When she came out of hiding, she had zero remorse. She actually had the nerve to tell me that if I wanted a better experience, I "should have gone to a steak house." This is coming from a restaurant that literally has the word "STEAK" on their front sign. It’s completely unfair to the servers when management makes calls like this. They’re basically forcing the customers to decide whether or not to leave a tip based on the kitchen’s mistakes. Plus, a staff member was actually recording me while I was complaining. I saw another patron complaining about a similar experience just 15 minutes before us, so clearly there’s a pattern of bad service and even worse management here and it's obvious that they intend to do nothing about it. Save your money and go somewhere that actually knows how to cook a steak and treat their customers with a shred of respect. We are never coming back.
Food top tier so amazing. The octopus balls is a heck no for me, it had an odor that I couldn’t even eat them due to the fish flakes. Bao buns were amazing. The lychee martini was really good. Only have 2 or you’ll need a taxi ride home. My kinda drink! The miso Ramen is my favorite. Must try but busy at night, but worth the wait I went around lunchtime. All food was very flavorful. Service was awesome as well as explanation of the food and menu. All sushi rolls were very delicious and fresh.
Food was delicious! Jessica was a great server!! We had the New York Tower, delicious!! We also had the classic Tuna Roll & Salmon Fresh Roll, 10/10 would recommend!! Really needs a renovated bathroom though!!! Just do it please it is an important part of the restaurant.
Absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, Lee provided exceptional service and made us feel very welcome. The food was incredibly delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. The atmosphere is beautiful, calm, and perfect for a great dining experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Orlando — we can’t wait to return!
