Flame Broiler

Tried flame boiler for the first time. This location got my chicken well done and it was surprisingly tasty. I’ll definitely be back to visit other locations for sure. Staff was kind of in their own world talking but they got my chicken right well done. They did a good job amd It wasn’t too busy.

Service was great! The food was good. Kids loved it. And I love when I find one more thing both kiddos like.

I used to love this flame broiler. Food was excellent. Rubi and Nicole always gave excellent customer service!! I went in today ordered 6 bowls. I saw the cook mess up one of my bowls and scoop out the beef with his bare hand. He than added chicken and left it on the side.. I received my order correct but than went and ordered another bowl. The cashier grabbed the old bowl they left on the side(sat there for 10/15mins) added onions and tried to give it to me. I of course asked him to make me a fresh one which he did. Its just upsetting because before I never had an issue when ordering.

Food was fast and delicious, I was so hungry. Lovely great customer service!!!

Always a great place to eat. Only Flame Broiler I had an udder at was in Huntington Beach California on Beach Boulevard around the Beach and Slayet area. I think there's a target in the parking lot. There was an extremely rude younger employee with long blond hair.. Totally rude and right in front of other customers and employees. She was out of control. This was a a couple years ago so hopefully she doesn't work there anymore .

Food was fresh and tasty! Service was speedy! Restaurant was spotless clean! The parking situation, however..... Awful! Its not flame broiler fault! Their parking lot is jacked with traffic during meal times due to the popular hamburger joint located in the same shopping plaza! Pack your patience to patronize any shop or restaurant at this address! God speed!

Worst food and service of all orange county. They don't care If the food is well cooked or if is good to be consumed by customers they just want to sell. When you speak to the supervisor Kevin he doesn't shows any concerns or even apologize about the quality of their food he just tells you " I just give you a refund " I feel so upset about this place. Avoid getting sick at this place.
