KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot

Extremely friendly establishment with a great array of meal options. You will cook everything yourself. Everything you select (you order on the tablet given to you, from there you select items individually) is brought to your table. It’s 30$ per person, or 35$ if you choose both hot pot & Korean BBQ grill based items. Food is fresh, delicious, and with a 2 hour dining window with the ability to eat as much as you’d like the options are endless. Wait time was quick with no wait at all, and our server Puy was the sweetest in the world. She made everything easy to understand for guests that had not been acquainted with the establishment, kept up with dishes every time we were done, and checked on us every passing by to make sure all our needs were met. Well worth the price, a favorite place, and we will definitely be back again!

This was my first time trying Korean BBQ and Hot Pot, and K Pot made the experience amazing. We ordered ribeye steak, shaved ribeye, beef short ribs, bulgogi, shrimp, mussels, oysters, ramen, and mushroom broth.. everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The ribeye literally melted in my mouth. The seafood was clean and tender, and the mushroom broth paired perfectly with the ramen. The service was friendly, the food came out fast, and the whole experience was fun and interactive. I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to try Korean BBQ + Hot Pot for the first time!

It was a decent experience, but being rushed towards the end of our time wasn't cool. 2-3 employees stood by our table hovering over us until our time was up. We should have received more time, since the server gave us the worng food and took extra to replace it and even more time to bring our add-ins.

Kendyl at KPOT Novi deserves a medal, or at least a lifetime supply of Soju. I was having a great night when things went sideways fast, a small "how is that even happening" fire situation broke out, and for a second I thought my dinner was about to turn into an emergency. Before I could even process it, Kendyl was already on it. Calm, quick, and totally in control, she jumped in like it was just another Tuesday and got everything handled. Here’s the best part, she somehow managed to keep the vibe fun while saving the day. She checked on us, made sure we were good, and kept the night rolling, like the whole thing was just part of the experience. If you go to KPOT in Novi, ask for Kendyl. Great service is one thing, but getting rescued from a literal fire with Soju energy is next level.

It was ok but the price is to high the waitress did not come enough to fill my water. The biggest thing was at the end of the 2 hours we had to immediately leave because a staff member told my group to leave I get it there was a wait but at the same time I'm spending 40 bucks. Food was fine I did the grill with friends and that was good there is a little buffet section but I enjoyed other places for a less price better.

We had such a great time at this Korean BBQ spot (Our Favorite and Go To Spot) ! The quality of the meat was fresh, well-marinated, and full of flavor. The variety of banchan (side dishes) was good. The grill was kept hot and clean, and the staff were attentive, checking in often to make sure we had everything we needed without rushing us. The atmosphere was lively, perfect for a casual dine in with friends or family. We especially loved being able to cook the meat to our liking right at the table, it made the experience fun and interactive. Highly Recommended!
