A great place for healthy bowl. The portion is reasonable for the price. The vegetables are unlimited. I like this kind of healthy bowl and I found that any pairing goes well together. Compared to healthy bowl in diet meal plan I used to have, this one is saltier. So, I guess it depends on what people want. But in terms of taste, it’s delicious for sure. Their homemade popcorn is very good and worth trying.

Affordable Healthy Korean bowels. Kind of like chipotle custom make your bowls but better ingredients. I got normal size bowl for $14, mini is $10. There's roasted mushrooms, broccoli, pickled onions, cucumbers, cheese, corn, sweet potatoes, shredded carrots, kale, cilantro, and tomatoes. Everything taste very fresh Id come back again, I felt good after eating it.

I was craving something light yet filling, so I decided to give On & On Kitchen a try—and I’m so glad I did! This place is a hidden gem that checks all the boxes for fresh, healthy, and absolutely delicious Korean-inspired bowls. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and inviting, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful I ordered their spicy pork bowl. The ingredients were so fresh, perfectly balanced, and packed with flavor. The portion size was just right—not too heavy but still satisfying. You can tell they take pride in offering high-quality, wholesome food that doesn’t compromise on taste. I’m already planning my next visit because there are so many other items I want to try. If you’re in the Norwalk area and looking for a fresh and healthy dining option, On & On Kitchen is a must-visit!

I only left a one-star review because you can't leave a zero star review The owner cares nothing about customer service and gives you the skimpiest portions at any on and on I have been to and when you bring up that fact his excuses the employees are the ones that just give the food away at other locations instead of trying to fix the problem and give you the correct portion size

You know what? This place really piles on the food for being a chain, and the service here is friendly and quick. Whenever I get the itch for casual bibimbap (god that's fun to say), I walk here and it's always ready on time. Friendly Asian manager always smiles at me when I come in, that's all it takes to make customers happy besides good food, and this spot has both!
