The Flame Broiler - Northridge

I was looking for the 24hr fitness entrance popped in to find out where it was and WOW the aroma in here was so good - after my workout I went back got a tofu bowl really good - I wish I had gotten the Gals name who worked the counter she was so friendly made my day - Ill be back

It was our first visit there. I had the chicken bowl, which was rather tasty. Very tasty magic sauce. pleasant consumers and employees. Portion sizes are generous and prices are fair. I'm happy that we made the decision to try it.

I want to make this abundantly clear, my problem with this place is not with the customer service but with the food. The customer service here is wonderful. The girl at the counter was super polite and very accommodating. She's the kind of person you would wish to have at any dining establishment. The cooks were also very friendly as they would wave to you from their tiny window. My problem with this place is definitely the food. Just to be blunt, it sucks. The rice was under cooked, the beef was dry and flavorless, and the veggies reminded me of baby food but with no flavor. This was my second attempt at dining at this franchise and it was just as god awful as the first. The magic sauce is not magical as it only made things worst. Zero stars for the food but all the stars for the wonderful people working there.

The food was good but the customer service was 10 out of 10. Tim greeted me. Smiled the whole time. Thanked me. Was fantastic experience. Thanks!

Our first time there. Had the chicken bowl and it was delicious. Magic sauce quite yummy. Friendly staff and customers. Prices are reasonable and portions are plentiful. I'm glad we decided to give it a try.

Always fast service and delicious food. I often stop by this place after leaving the 24-hour fitness right behind it. Their service is excellent. I usually don't have to wait more than 5 min for my meal but they always offer a water cup while I am waiting. Sometimes the meal comes out faster than they can ring me up because the cooks behind the counter see or hear the order.

Clean. I was very impressed by how clean this restaurant is. Food is delicious and healthy. Gluten free rice and non gmo. Jose the cashier was very nice and offered quick service. The food was prepared quickly but didn't sacrifice quality. I will be back and recommend highly!
