KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot

Thank you Kyle for the excellent service! We were first timers and he went above and beyond with explaining how everything worked. We had a wonderful experience and the food was fresh and fabulous. The complimentary cheesecake was a perfect surprise for the birthday girl! Will definitely visit again. Highly recommend if you want an entertaining meal, that is also tasty.

our experience was amazing! the food was so flavorful definitely get the spicy seafood soup! theres also free ice cream! our server was really nice and the music was 10/10! reasonably priced too only $20 at lunch time.

So I love hotpot. This experience was mixed, but would definitely come back again to give another chance. First of all, service was mediocre. We barely saw our waitress, and actually had to wait on her for nearly 20 minutes when we were first seated. We didn’t know how it worked here, and finally I told someone we haven’t been greeted and it was our first time here and she came out. So we learned the tablet, and realized even if you get multiple of the same meat, they will still only bring one out at a time. So that was annoying. We ordered some alcoholic beverages, and from being out of state we didn’t realize that the hotpot here had a HIGH tax for alcohol and it can vary with restaurants. It was the first time we noticed it in Arkansas, like we literally got taxed the same price as a drink. It was frustrating. Wish we would’ve been told that. Which we only ordered alcohol because they were out of boba and milk tea. To top it off, their alcohol tasted like water. I almost complained about it, but like I said our waiter steer cleared from us. They were also out of several meats too, which was disappointing because it was like a Wednesday when we went. I usually try to always see the light, especially in a bad experience. The meat we did get was fresh and it was seasoned so I do appreciate that. Their sauce bar was also good and they had fresh appetizers and desserts for you to grab. I was just very disappointed because the hot pots in Florida just seemed so much better than this and more engaged than our experience here.

It was delicious! My first ever time trying this type of food. It was fun, delicious and totally worth it. I will say it's a little overwhelming with all the choices but I went with my sister, her boyfriend and my mom who all had been there before. I can't wait to go back and try it agai. It was $36 before tip with my drink and the BBQ option.

The food was fantastic and our party of 5 ate more than plenty! I couldn’t recommend here enough, it’s a must try & such a fun all around experience. Ask for Matthew!! He did a great job at explaining how everything works and even showed us the best sauces to make at the DIY bar. Ask him for his signature one, it’s just the best on everything. I’d recommend to come prepared to use your full time allowance of 2 hours, especially if you’re with lots of others. It was perfect, we weren’t rushed at all & ended just on time.

Sebrina was our server and she was amazing!!! She explained and demonstrated everything perfectly since it was our first time eating here. She was such an amazing server. Definitely will be back one day!!!

This was a great experience and it was our first time coming. Our server Sebrina was excellent she showed us how to cook food. The food and sauce were so fresh. Definitely coming back soon.
