Bazille at Nordstrom

A perfectly fine place for a simple meal after some strenuous shopping. The food was acceptable, but don’t expect anything that will make you want to come back for more. The service was very attentive and friendly. If the food was better, this can be a good choice at the Fashion Island.

Never a line. Quality food with friendly service. Pet friendly restaurant. I like Philly’s sandwich and Spicy wild shrimp pomodora. I have a teen boy who only eat chicken strips kid’s meal. He is a big teen now and this restaurant still allow him to order kids meal.

Writing this review specifically for the chef named kris. He went out of his way to help me find another store and with my bags during his break. We went to try this spot since he said he works there. Food was great! Nice ambiance ij the restaurant and friendly staff. Will come back thanks to him!

First time diner. Friendly and prompt service. Enjoyed a signature salad with the Asian dressing option. The sockeye salmon was prepared to perfection! Possibly best I've tasted? Recommended.

The slowest service ever. I’ve been to several Nordstrom cafes and this is the worst of them all. Exceptionally slow service. Lots of empty dirty tables but with long wait times.

Stopped in for lunch today. Horrible experience. Food is ok, but I don’t get it: The two women up front and the "server" have such a pretentious attitude! I don’t expect a red carpet or be waited on hands and feet, but at the same time I also don’t want people treating me like they’re doing me a favor when I’m a paying customer. Very bad service overall. Food took very long, and I get that sometimes but coupled with the bad attitude in the place makes it a big disappointment for me. Had been here about 5 years ago and it was a completely different experience.
