Great gluten free options! When the chef found out I had a severe gluten allergy he came out to ask me about the quality of my food. I had the Pho which is gluten free if they leave out the meat balls. So delicious. my husband had the Thai basil chicken which can also be made gluten free and his food was wonderful as well. Nice atmosphere, wonderful service! Definitely going back.

We stumbled upon this place while looking for dinner with our 3 kids. It was incredibly delicious. My husband had the Pho Noodle bowl while I splurged on the Orange Duck. I am so glad I did it was one of the best meals I have ever had. It was so delicious and the duck was perfect, not in the least bit fatty. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his Pho Noodles as well. We chose a couple of small plates for the kids to share and they loved their dinners too. While we ate here with our 3 small children we were treated so kindly by the staff. They made us feel very welcomed but it is definitely more of a date night, leave the kids at home, kind of place. Great atmosphere and even better food. We will definitely be back again but without the kids.

The service was awesome. My date was familiar with the owners other restaurant Red Orchid and brags on them all the time. We ordered Pho noodles and basil Thai stir fry. Both were AMAZING. they use fresh produce to construct the pho bowls and raw shaved Angus. Really one of the best I've ever had.

This was a fantastic experience. The atmosphere was just right, the service was excellent, and most importantly every single piece of food was exquisite! It's rare that I love everything I try at a restaurant. We had the lotus sushi roll, yellowtail garlic carpaccio, bbq eel bowl, and curry chicken bun. Dessert was the house-made lavendar and green tea, strawberry and goat cheese, and bourbonb cinnamon cookie ice cream. Would recommend any of it!

Went to Aya for the first time and was it amazing! First off they had bells 2 hearted on happy hour for $4. The green papaya salad was the best I've ever had! Perfectly balanced acids and an almost sensual creeping heat from the chilies. Usually you get an over- powering one or the other to mask poor prep or skill. Not the case here! Not sure what they were called but the fried chicken curry steam buns were worth the 30 min drive alone (panko breading and perfectly cooked) Ramen Wednesday night's....go red miso.......a 5 day Tonkatsu pork both with a 'lil miso for creamyness...(and $5 for F&B) need I say more? Louis was our server. Made us feel like family! Professional, knowledgeable, and well kempt that guy.... He literally told us what to get each course and nailed it evey time! Summary: check Aya out, ask for Lou, and if the owner Tony stops by he is a real trip! (and the most gracious of hosts In Charleston ) Will be back!

I have spent many years traveling the South Pacific. With that in mind, Aya is by far the closest I've come to that region since moving to the East Coast. The ramen is to die for, the "tacos" were wrapped in handmade mushu wrappers, and the spring rolls were as authentic as they come. The service was impeccable. Do your self the favor and come check this place out for happy hour... you cannot go wrong. Cheers.
