Pot Au Pho Mobile AL

Love their pho, but am trying to branch out. Got the beef stew this time. The broth was good, but the meat was terrible. They were the cuts normally discarded. I literally almost threw up trying to eat the meat, so I picked it all out and just had he broth.

I got the kids steak and brisket pho and when i first got my food there was no meet and i told the lady she said she was going to bring it to me by the time she came back my pho broth was cold and it wasn’t cooking the raw steak and i told her so she told me she would bring me more broth and she did and the steak still wasn’t cooking

Consistently good food and friendly service. It is conveniently located near a couple of Asian markets and SHARETEA & Banh Mi Cafe! We always order in and also order take out when we're visiting Mobile. We'll be back!

Stopped in for lunch today noticed first the cleanliness of the restaurant. it was clean and welll decoraraged. The hostess directed us to have a seat wherever we liked. Very friendly. Our waitress came and was also friendly and patient as we looked over the menu. I tried the specialty Beef Stew with french bread after reading an earlier review. The stew was flavorful and very good. I enjoyed it and highly recommend it with the bread. It was definitely a 5 on flavor and a 5 on service. I only gave a 4 because the stew had very little actual meat but was more fat and grizzle so it wasn’t quite perfect. A 4.5 would be good.

Ok, this is my first time eating Pho in the South. I have been looking for a great place to have Pho. I ordered a small order of fried egg rolls. I would rate them a 4.5 The egg rolls were great. I still gave them a 5. I then had the P3 Steak and Brisket. It's all about the broth. The pho tasted perfect. The restaurant was clean. Wan was an amazing server. She gave great service. Interesting take on Vietnamese food. During lunch, there was a very long wait to be seated due to the establishment being understaffed although there was adequate seating. There was also a long wait for food and the Steamed Rice with Grilled Pork left much to be desired. The Grilled Pork itself was very fatty to my satisfaction and the food coloring left a stain. Overall, the experience was inadequate due to the high prices and less than welcoming atmosphere due to lack of staff.
