This place is amazing! Great cooks, cheeky humor, amazing food. I ordered a smoked pork bowl, asked for it extra spicy. The pork is so tender and has the just right touch of salt, the vegetables are fresh and well prepared. It's incredible, the habanero sauce they added is perfection. Spicy and flavorful but not overwhelming. While waiting for my food to be cooked (almost instantaneous) I perused a useful selection of cook books and advice on how to talk to your cat about gun safety 😂. Thank you for bringing this offering to down town!!

I went here because I saw they have a vegan chef challenge item and it turns out they are probably the best challenge item I have had. The bowl was filled with pickled items and so much flavor, the bean sprouts were marinated in a salty sauce with some spice, the veg was beautifully cut on the diagonal and fresh, the vegan chicken is made on site and beyond fabulous. You can taste the care, most places wouldn’t take the time to cut things so nicely and this dish has like 4 different sauces and marinades? For $14 this is super filling and just a joy.

Vegan chicken bowl is fire! Vegan chicken had a great pulled texture, can’t even tell it’s not real meat. So many tasty and colorful elements. Loved the picked vegetables and Gochujang mayo was so tasty. Staff is amazing and fast! Good lunch option for a quick bite downtown. Can’t wait to go back!

I have been waiting a while for an opportunity to try this place! Hours are tricky due to the skyway location so I hopped over here during a work conference. I got the vegan barbecue pork sandwich and a side of vegan fried chicken with soy glaze dipping sauce. The sandwich was so good and fresh! I gobbled it down so fast. The chicken was also really good but I'd get a different sauce next time, the soy was very salty (I wasn't sure if the ranch was dairy free since you don't really have much interaction with the staff due to ordering on a kiosk). Excited and hopeful to try them again someday!

Kiosk ordering, Ordered the tuna rice bowl which seemed like a poke bowl... tuna did not taste fresh... bowl lacked flavor and is over powered by really bland white rice that is described as jasmine rice on the menu. If you've ever eaten questionable gas station sushi, this would be similar.... would not recommend. Prices seem high, even for downtown.

If you are in the area, stop by. It's on the ground level for those skyway folks. They have a ton of vegan options, but the omnivore options should not be forgotten! I had the bulgogi sausage sandwich and it gave Lou's a run for its money. Service is quick -order at the little kiosk. Atmosphere is meh, but you can walk it out, so no biggie. Nice new addition to the loop lunch scene.

Such a unique and delicious spot! The flavors in all of the food are so well curated. You can really tell that everything is made fresh with real ingredients, not just bulk supply. Even the bratwurst are hand made! Chef Samo has cooked in many reputable kitchens in the cities (Kim's, Hell's Kitchen, and more) and now he is running the show at this amazing spot with his all star crew. The Korean onion soup is amazing, the tuna subs and rice bowls taste so fresh, the Bulgogi roll has delicious flavors, you cannot go wrong! The Korean twist on Midwest classics cannot be found anywhere else. Try it out on your lunch break and you will not be disappointed!
