Saw good reviews on their seafood pancake so I came to try that out and ordered some bossam as well. The bossam was delicious, very good quality pork belly with delicious sides. I ordered ssammjrng and garlic to give it some more punch. The seafood pancake was good, well balanced with its’ ingredients. I just wish it was thinner and crispier, but maybe next time if I can request it to be cooked well-done and crispy, that’d be perfect! Will be back to try more!

This was a nice experience for me. From where I'm from, we rarely have any good Korean restaurants. The interior was beautiful and I was seated pretty quickly. My waiter asked me immediately if I had any questions, which was nice! This place screamed authentic, and with a good bit of history, opening in the 80's. They did have valet parking. I was happy to see the prices were pretty fair. I decided to get Dolsot Bibimbap & Bindae Tteok (mung bean pancakes), the banchan that came with it was excellent and very fresh. The kimchi was very nice as well! The egg wasn't overcooked when the bibimbap came out. The veggies were fresh, and may have been the best bibimbap that I've ever had. The mung bean pancakes came out, and they were pretty huge! They were pretty good - and it was my first time having them, so I don't really have much to compare them to, cooked very well and golden brown. The purple rice was pretty nice, also my first time having purple rice! Overall, it was a really nice experience for me.

I recently visited Kobawoo House, a Korean restaurant in Koreatown, with some friends, and we had a fantastic time! We ordered a spread of dishes to share: bossam, kimchi jjigae, gamjajeon, and haemul pajeon. The bossam was tender and perfectly paired with the fresh wraps and sauces, while the kimchi jjigae had a rich, spicy kick that hit all the right spots. The gamjajeon (potato pancake) was crispy and comforting, and the haemul pajeon (seafood pancake) was loaded with fresh seafood and had that perfect chewy-crisp texture. Everything was flavorful, authentic, and great for sharing. The vibe was cozy, the service was friendly, and we left stuffed and happy. Definitely recommend Kobawoo House for a solid Korean meal in K-town!

Very delicious food as always! I recommended getting their bossam as that’s what they’re best known for. Service was also good, the waiters helped us right away when we needed anything. Parking in the lot is valet only and the tables can fill up during peak dinner hours.

The premier pork belly "bo-ssam" spot. Some things just never change! Staff is great, food is superb, and portions are very big. An X-large will feed 4 people! A must try and a Korean staple!

We had the bossam and it was one of the best bossam I have ever tried. It was so good and as you can see the plate was cleared. It was juicy, and the seasoning and pairing of the side dishes were right. It wasn’t as expensive as we thought it was going to be. The portion size was worth it for the price I would say. The service was good and everything we need regarding extra side dishes or water was given to us. I would be coming back for the bossam and the side dishes were endless as well.

Amazing amazing food, great service and fab decor. Came here reading the reviews and the place is totally living up to the reputation which I want to say is well deserved. The waiter is knowledgeable and polite, the pricing very fair and the bibimbap we tried was delicious. Highly recommend a visit!
