Food service is amazing! So many sushi rolls that just explode with flavor and the cooks are so sweet and always stop to say hello even when the restaurant is packed full. This is the best sushi place not only because of the amazing food but also the amazing people! 💕

I have been going here for over 10 years and I cannot recommend Sakura enough. I used to go here as a kid with my mom and I still frequent the place as an adult. I have been going here since before I was vegetarian, but now that I am vegetarian I can say that there are ample options for someone with similar dietary restrictions. I also haven’t seen anyone mention this, but the miso soup is vegan. The owner and all of his family who run the place still remember me and I always feel so welcome. The only downsides are that the food can be a bit pricey, but that is to be expected when going to a sushi place with quality ingredients. And they are closed on the days I crave their food the most, through no fault of their own. I am so grateful that a small business like this survived the COVID lockdown. My favorite dishes are the spicy miso soup, agedashi tofu, inari, avocado and cream cheese roll, veggie roll, and the teriyaki tofu bento box. And before I went vegetarian, I always ordered the cherry bomb roll.

Went to celebrate my anniversary. Great service and food. I liked the environment as well. One of the chefs stopped by to see how we were doing which I appreciated. If you want good sushi in Longmont you must go. And make sure to get the fatty tuna if it is on the menu!

We had a wonderful meal at Sakura, the Nigiri is very pricey; however, the rolls were excellent and in my opinion the way to go in this restaurant. I had some nigiri because it's my favorite but the price was definitely on the higher end and the portions were kinda large but the rice may have been just a little on the larger end as well at least for our taste. I didn't care for the Nigiri much though the quality was good. The rolls here are definitely the way to go and were delicious. I also noticed the menu had many chef specials and combo meals which I didn't try. If I'm in the area I'll definitely go back for their rolls.

The food was amazing and all of the staff there was really great! A great choice for date night!
