Some of the best NY style pizza in Colorado if not America. Phenomenal crisp, robust tomato sauce & unforgettable taste which led me to grab two more slices. Both the specialty of the day (Sicilian style - sausage & peppers) & NY style cheese pizza slices were equally tasty. Great customer service throughout the entire time! Don’t change a thing Rosalee’s. Been wanting to come here for over 2+ years and very happy it exceeded expectations.

The esthetic is all around comforting, wooden tables coupled with sofas and small armchairs to the side of the entry area and a nicely sized bar. Photos and posters adorn the walls, I spot Jerry Garcia once or twice. There must be a jam head amongst the mix of the crew. The main thing about coming to Rosalee's one should know it's that it is not large, but it's also undoubtedly the best pizza place in Longmont. This means, almost assuredly, you will be met with either a wait or you may end up sitting somewhere you typically might not. We ended up sitting at the bar on this outing. Previous times, I've sat outside, which I tend to avoid like a vampire because I'm extremely hot-blooded, or once I sat at a 4-top with some friends. Overall, though, the vibe of the place is positive, so mingling with some unknowns tends to be a positive experience. The staff seems to keep a very positive tone and is as attentive as they can be. The knots (either sausage or garlic) are fantastic, just be aware, they come with a boatload of a strong garlic infused butter. The pizza is exactly what you want, a nice crunchy base (smashes the knife scrape test), a little char, and a good use of quality ingredients. For those that imbibe, there's plenty choices to choose from here without it being a daunting task. For those in Longmont looking for a za, there's other, bigger options, but Rosalee's is really the place you want to go. Wait a bit or make some new friends at the bar (even if it's only the very friendly bartender), it's worth all that!

Easily the best pizza in Colorado. I will regularly drive from Denver to Longmont just to get this pizza and it's always worth it. If you're looking for an authentic tasting NY style pizza then this is the place. I usually just get cheese or Margherita pizza because it doesn't even need the toppings. If you go for lunch you can get Pizza by the slice! I need one then to open one closer to Denver!

A smaller number of options of pizza but the options they have are incredible. They also have great lunch and happy hour specials. We got the cheese and the sopresata basil pizza. Both were top notch. The sopresata and basil complimented each other and the cheese blend is one of my favorites. The crust and cook was perfect!

This is the best pizza in a 50 mile radius I can’t really see me finding pizza better than this place. Coming from the east coast I’ve had some of the best pizza around and after trying this place I felt at home again. This was EXCELLENT and the price is good for the high quality you’re getting. If you’re looking at reviews trying to decide to if you want to try this place then this is the only review you’ll need. You will not have a better pie from anywhere else I guarantee it.

I owe Rosalee’s Pizzeria a genuine apology. I’ve been avoiding this place for years for no good reason. That changed just before Christmas, and I’m glad it did. I walked in on an insanely busy Friday night needing five pizzas to go. The place was absolutely packed. They were upfront and told me it would be about an hour. No problem. I grabbed a seat at the bar and had a beer while I waited. I generally find service in Colorado to be average at best, and honestly, in Boulder and Longmont, it’s often pretty bad. Rosalee’s was a complete surprise and a bringer of joy. What I witnessed that night was one of the best examples of service execution I’ve seen in a long time. The staff were clearly running at maximum speed, totally overrun, yet they didn’t miss a beat. They were fast and efficient but still took the time to greet everyone, check in, communicate clearly, and ensure people felt taken care of. It wasn’t chaotic or frantic, but came across as genuinely caring and exceptionally well coordinated. I know this probably sounds like I’m gushing, or worse, like I’m a plant. I’m not. So here's a bad point. They don't answer their phone for takeout, which I hate; however, I understand it. To keep the neighborhood feel and keep pace with the busy dining room, taking phone orders when it's so busy might sink the ship. I'll take the quality in-person service. I just really believe that when a local place manages to hone its service this well—especially under pressure—it deserves recognition. And then there’s the pizza. Perfect. Easily the best pizza around. Rosalee’s absolutely won me over that night. I won’t be avoiding it anymore.

Native New Yorker here (and obvious pizza snob), I won't say I'm moving to Longmont SPECIFICALLY to be closer to Rosalee's Pizzeria but I also won't say that's NOT the reason. Best pizza I've had in Colorado in the seven years I've lived here. It's always a good day when Rosalee's is on the menu. Thanks for bringing a true taste of home.
