Great selection of veggies and seafood at the self service case. Service was great. Staff was friendly and great at going over options. Ordered meats came out quickly. Also a good selection of broths to select from. I only had the hot pot but plan to return to try the BBQ

I was so excited to hear that this restaurant was opening up down the street from my house and was hoping for the best and was not disappointed! Food was amazing ano service was top tier. We had not just our server but the manager as well come to check on us and explained everything super well. My husband and I will keep coming here as often as we can. Amazing food and customer service!! New! More ways to react to

The Good: Beautiful atmosphere and amazing service. Truly, the servers were all so friendly and helpful and very responsive when our grill was too hot; they got us back to a comfortable and enjoyable experience in no time. The broth and ingredient options for hot pot all looked diverse and fresh and I look forward to trying it. Today we had the Korean BBQ which is the focus of this review. The meat options were great, as were the flavors of brisket, pork bulgogi, and beef bulgogi. If all you care about is THE MEATS then it's worth it. I personally love lots of banchan (traditional sides) and this is where they lost me... The Bad: Their banchan options for Korean BBQ are practically non-existent. Yes they have kimchi and kimchi cucumbers but how anyone can manage to make these things bland and watery I'll never know. They weren't worth eating. The lack of other sides like Korean potato salad, and others is very disappointing for the price. Which brings us to... The Ugly: For $34 per person I expect to eat more than just meat. Good as that meat may be, the lack of proper sides left me feeling it's not worth the price. Lastly their beverage options are awful. For this price I expect to get a beverage in a glass, not a can or plastic bottle. It's not hard to brew iced tea. I can get Lipton in a can at a gas station but I wouldn't because it's gross. All in all I'd come back again to try the hot pot, but for Korean BBQ I'd rather drive to better options in Denver.

I’m so happy this location opened, especially with the added BBQ option. I usually go to the Thornton location since it’s closer to home, but I wanted to check out the Longmont spot on opening day. Everything was great, just as expected. The meat quality here is far superior to other hot pot places I’ve tried around Colorado. Honestly, All of the Hot Pot Spot locations are so high quality and consistent. Highly recommend!
