Sprouts Farmers Market

I really enjoy shopping at this location — the products are always fresh, and most of the staff are welcoming and respectful. It’s consistently been a positive experience overall. One area that could use some improvement is the sushi presentation and packaging. Additionally, when I’ve asked questions about the sushi, the staff member preparing it has sometimes come across as unfriendly. Since I look forward to purchasing sushi here every Wednesday, I hope this is something that can be improved. Other than that, this store continues to provide a great shopping experience.

I have been shopping at Sprouts for years! I love Sprouts! I started shopping at this location because it is on my way to work and I like to stop there in the morning. I usually have good experiences, but I have had a few interactions with an older woman named Kennedy and she is so rude. I try not to judge because I understand that everyone is going through things, but any time I have interacted with her it has been negative. She was ringing me up and I was trying to ask her questions about a product, but she was short and then just ignored me to talk to other coworkers. Another time I was shopping through the aisles, she was there and I was asking what the price of the item was because there wasn't a price tag, she rudely told me to go to the cashiers and ask, and that she didn't have prices memorized. I wasn't even asking in a rude way. Overall this is an okay sprouts. I like the products but they need to improve with the employee attitudes. In most jobs you can't just be rude to someone because they are asking you a question that relates to your job.

I love the Lodi location. Sherrie and Teresa are always friendly and very fun to talk to. The store is always clean and the deli is amazing!

The store is very nice and clean the workers there are very friendly. The clerk there Hailee was very friendly and patient with me when I couldn’t find my card.

Love the huge selection of healthy foods. Staff friendly and helpful. Store always clean. Plenty of parking. Always something new -- bought purple cauliflower my last visit.

Theresa and Mal were absolutely amazing helping me out. They both deserve employee of the month. Great employees.

Literally the best store ever! The associates and manager have been so helpful throughout the holidays, so cheers!! 5 stars
