Korean BBQ & Tofu

I’ve been coming here for years and I’m mad I never made a review. The Service, the food, the atmosphere and the respect, everything comes into place here and that is why I’ve been returning here after all these years, even after I moved out to the Bay Area. I can go on and on but I will say I will forever support this mom and pop shop because I’ve gotten better food quality and service here than I do in Most Bay Area restaurants.

This is one of those hidden gems, hole in the wall small mom and pop type restaurant. The food is delicious! Service is friendly and my kids love it there. Im a spicy soup kind of person and Spicy Ramen is so good! Veggie pancake is the best ive had compared to all Korean BBQ places. The BBQ is outstanding!ove this place. I wish it were closer to my home town, but worth the drive.

Delicious! First time eating here and it did not disappoint. We ordered the cucumber salad, potato pancake, chicken udon, and bulgolgi and it was the perfect amount for 2, dine in. My husband ordered a large beer and hot sake too. We did not leave any leftovers, it was that good. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Atmosphere was calm. Will absolutely eat here again, or pick up a cucumber salad to go if I’m over on that side of town next time. Highly recommend!

Lunch review, 5 Stars ! Ordered the BBQ Spicy Pork, Large portion It came to the table on a sizzling platter served with rice and banchan A small Vegetable pancake with the most tasty sauce was my appetizer The aroma and flavors of the Spicy pork were well to my liking, a touch of spicy and sweetness! One, two, three, four, FIVE Stars! I approve this rating, Jay M.

We went there on Nov 15th 2025 and we had a pretty good meal except for the spicy beef noodles which my family and I did not like very much. We are a family of four and the service was AMAZING considering it is owned by a sweet old man which is the server, and his wife which is the cook. My nine year old daughter got an apron after the man saw she spilt a little bit of food. He also told her to eat the kimbap (which was delicious) in one full bite. Unfortunately we didn’t take any pictures for videos but it was really good taking in the fact that there are only 2 people behind the scenes.

I have tried every Korean place within Livermore, Dublin, Pleasanton, and Tracy. They all have their pros and cons . However from the moment I sat until I finished my meal I felt like I was transported. The flavors are so harmonizing, the portions are perfect. The soup was served hot and the galbi literally melted off the bone. It was so tender which I rarely encounter when trying galbi as it’s a chewier meat. I think this is a must try for anyone even passing through Livermore. The environment was a moment of peace in a chaotic world.

Family owned traditional Korean restaurants. Complimentary pancake is tasty. Best Korean food in Tri-valley. But the table was limited, may need come a little earlier.
