Asian Buffet

Ive been coming here since I was a kid. This experience will have me never going back. The lady kept asking me if I was done because I have two kids two and under. My two year old ate 1 shrimp and a couple pieces of jello. My one year old ate 3 shrimp and a couple pieces of jello. She was so upset about this. She asked me over and over how old be was. She kept telling me he's big. The owner also told me he was big. She told me several times "No he's 3". Lady I birthed him he is not 3 yet. Then she just kept asking me 4+ times are you done yet. Are you done yet. I was so uncomfortable getting my food. She was mumbling under her breath and just staring at me while talking to the owner. I was so hungry, uncomfortable and she was so angry about my son . She also wouldn't refill my drink. I know she heard me ask. I have never in my life not left someone a tip but I couldn't bring myself to tip her. She was so mean and nasty. It was a really sad experience. I also went outside to get my sons Birth certificate to show the owner I was not a liar. Glad I had it in the car. Again strange cause he hardly ate. 10/10 never again. I was so embarrassed. This was mine and my moms spot when I was a kid so very sad to see it go. Treat your loyal customers better. Not everyone is a liar.

For a party of 5, bill was $100 including drinks. So price point was okay. Other than that, service was below average. It's a buffet, that being said there's not much service that needs to be done, so you'd think the people who work there would provide great service when needed or asked questions, but no. Also we felt like we were being kicked out. The lady who worked there saw we were clearly not done and brought us the check. It was not closing time either. People who were there before us, still hadn't received their check yet. I see another review also mentioned a similar experience. Also ice scream scoop was kept in water and had like a moldy substance at the end of the scoop I don't know but that to me is disgusting. Another issue is alot of the food was bland as well. None of it stood out. I can't imagine there are many repeat customers.

1st visit. Went when first opened. Food fresh and a great variety. Staff nice and cleared away dirty dishes as to get a fresh plate for more food. Price affordable and atmosphere was quiet to all conversation.

Just moved here recently and the food was great; good amount of options to choose from, especially the seafood. atmosphere was nice, staffs were really friendly. The gentlemen in the front was very nice seating us down.

Haven't been here in a while but I was quite satisfied with the food. I just wish they paid attention more to the customer, I had to get up to find someone, to get a drink refill, after waiting 10 minutes. But overall, very good.

Proof that I am not lying when I say this. I added photo. The food was burned, dried and very tasteless. I like the other buffet called wanfu buffet ft Myers. I hate saying that I hated it but I did.
