Fuji Ramen is the kind of spot that surprises you with how well it executes the classics while still throwing in a few creative twists. The menu has range, from Bibimbap to Tex-Mex Ramen, but the focus stays sharp on flavor and warmth. I ordered the Spicy Miso Tonkotsu, and it arrived in a bright red bowl that made a statement before I even took a bite. The broth was rich, velvety, and full of depth without crossing into heaviness. The chashu pork was tender and perfectly seared, adding just enough smokiness to balance the spice. The soft egg was a highlight — marinated beautifully and with a yolk that could make a chef proud. The service was friendly, the pacing was smooth, and the atmosphere casual but inviting. Fuji Ramen doesn’t overreach; it simply nails what it sets out to do — comforting ramen done right, served with pride. A dependable spot when you’re craving a hearty bowl that warms more than just your appetite.

This is our 2nd time coming here and their food and service does not disappoint! The lady who attended us today was so sweet and put our leftovers in our to go’s which was nice of her! Will definitely come back when we’re in the area 🙂

Initially was excited because of the 4.8 rating but I left wondering how in the world they got rated that high.... First the good things: Staff were friendly and service was quick. Some of my food was good, the ramen broth was good, the toppings were good, the meat was not, so on to the not so good things... Not good: The host/server who sat us LICKED HIS FINGER, while eating/chewing gum, to pull a menu off the stack for us. Disgusting. The bathroom sink nearly overflowed in the amount of time it took to wash my hands, also there was no hot water 🙃 it also looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while... or maybe not deeply enough. The log is even blank and looks like someone used it as paper towels. The pork was bad, like I hope I don't get sick later, BAD. I spit it out but I'm still worried I'll end up sick from the bite I had. It very clearly tasted off. Watched the same host/server from the beginning do the same to open a to go bad as well (lick fingers). Overall, I won't be back. I'm too concerned about getting sick from this place whether its food poisoning or some sort of cold/flu from people putting their saliva on things.

Everything we ordered was so good! We had the karage chicken, gyoza, and shisen spicy miso ramen. They also have sushi, didn’t try it but the table next to us looked good. Do not skip on the gyoza or karage it is so crispy and juicy in the inside 10/10. Service was also immaculate, sweet lady with the blue hair was tentative and quick with request, and other staffs were helpful keeping drinks full and clearing used dishes off tables. Will definitely be visiting this restaurant again.

I thoroughly enjoyed the wings 🪽 and the gyoza 🥟 was inhaled. The wings with the sauce in the "reservoir" underneath was delish.. crispy fresh, steamy and delish. I ordered Spicy Miso Tonkotsu and loved it very much. The other order is not on the regular menu but a side menu and it was delicious, believe it’s called Sapporo Ebi Ramen. 🍜 Highly recommend and wait staff was attentive and charming.
