First time here and the meats from the premium menu was great! Came on a Monday at 12pm so there was no wait. Talia was our server and she was super attentive and helpful, especially when the kitchen was slow with our order or forgot some items in our order. Can’t emphasize how great she was

Honestly, I didn't have high expectations for the meat quality since it's an all-you-can-eat (AYCE) restaurant. But we were blown away. Even on our third and fourth rounds, they consistently served top-tier Wagyu. All the meat was incredibly tender, had no gamey smell, and was so juicy with a rich, buttery flavor. It was absolutely excellent! ​We didn't expect much from the sashimi and handrolls either, but they were also surprisingly delicious! ​Our server, Talia, was fantastic. It was our first time here, and she guided us through everything perfectly. She was so kind and attentively brought us everything we needed. Thanks to her, our dining experience felt more valuable than a $180 meal. ​We're going to save our money just to eat out here from now on! Haha.

Had an awesome experience at Wagyu Factory, and a huge part of that was our server, Talia. She was friendly, attentive, and super knowledgeable about the menu without being overbearing. She checked in at all the right times, made great recommendations, and genuinely made us feel taken care of. Service like hers really elevates the whole dining experience. If you’re dining here, ask for Talia—she’s fantastic.

First time is in this place and all the staff was very friendly. Our server Abe went over the menu thoroughly for us and provided great and attentive services. Food wise there was a lot of variety to choose from. Our favorite meat was the wagyu briskets and the lean meat. We also got a lot of other dishes like the bibimbap, sashimi, etc. The atmosphere is vibey with Japanese, Korean, and English pop music.

We have been to many different Chubby Cattle locations and this is by far the best one we have been to. Short Rib (juicy and tender), Thick Beef tongue(better than thin one), shrimp (big and fresh), Beef toro(melt in the mouth), and endless soda are my favorites with grilled veggie and salads along with variety of sides to choose from. You get to order 6 items at a time with 3 minutes interval. Thanks to those hard working staff , our table are always full with food and they totally deserve 5 stars rating for the night. The only thing I would recommend is to be more consistent for the meat quality as we do have few thick beef tongue and steak not from the best parts. Shout out to our waitress, Talia who has been very patient and helpful all night and we really enjoy our time here. We will definitely come back and highly recommend the place for the locals who love Japanese style BBQ.

Second location we visited with Chubby Group and it’s consistently great. While yes, it is pricier than other places, we go for celebration events and special occasions. The wait was a bit longer cause multiple tables were checking out at the same time. Food was great- wonderful quality of wagyu meat, sides were tasty and prompt arrival of items. We eat a lot of meat too! Gia was our server and helped us out! She was knowledgeable and helpful when eating out with multiple kids. Gia was also very busy helping multiple tables and closing people out, but she still made time to help us. Other servers were helpful too.

We came on a Monday around 5 PM, and it wasn't too busy at first. By 6 PM, the restaurant had filled up quite a bit. We chose the premium menu, and it did not disappoint! There's a 90-minute dining limit, and you order through a tablet (six items at a time). During the last 20 minutes, you place orders directly with your server. They have the ac blasting which is nice because it can get hot when you're cooking. The quality of the meats was excellent! It was tender, flavorful, and worth trying across the board. I also appreciated that each plate came with a manageable portion, making it easy to sample a variety of cuts without feeling overwhelmed. Our server, Talia, was fantastic! She was attentive, kind, and really made the experience enjoyable. She also told us about the membership program, which is definitely worth considering if you plan to come back.
