First of all, its super delicious and tastes clean. I’ve been looking for good deliverable Korean food for convenience especially after I started working longer hours and I think this is the best one. It tastes good and also healthy (not too sweet). I'm complete satisfied with chef banchan and will continue to order from them.

Had it delivered to my Mom-In-Law in OH. She and my Wife were very disappointed. My Mom’s an 81 year old Korean and you should have seen her face! Priceless, it’s like she’s eaten coal! It was pretty gopping, I don’t eat meat so there wasn’t much for me, but the veg all tasted the same and was slimy and unappetizing 🤢

I’ve been ordering every week for about half a year now. I’m still waiting for them to add another delivery date for San Diego besides Thursdays. I know they have more customers since my delivery time went from 4pm (6 months ago) to 8pm now. It arrives too late now and I can’t even eat it for Thursday dinner. Hopefully they will add another delivery date soon or I’m going to have to start looking for alternative options. Still giving it 5 star since the food is good and the only complaint is regarding the delivery option.
