Volcano Hot Pot & BBQ Kissimmee

Good food, good service and good price! You can eat both hot pot and BBQ at the same time. Also, they serve dessert and ice cream. Excellent!

This is an awesome place to come and enjoy some delicious food. Our server Anna made us feel at home and treated us like we were family. She was very attentive to us and made sure that our drinks were never exhausted. The food selection is very extensive and you can try a little bit of everything and the food was great. I would definitely come to this place again.

This place was amazing! We had never experienced a Hot Pot service before and it was so much fun! The selection of items to add to the BBQ grill and hot pot was bountiful and delicious. We especially loved the dumplings in the broth and grilled. Our server, Lucy, was super attentive and made the experience one to remember. Highly recommend!

Waitress was very nice, she frequently checked up on us to see if we need anything else, and was consistent when filling up our drinks and soup. Definitely would recommend this Hot Pot to anyone!

The service here is outstanding. The staff is always attentive, constantly checking in to clear plates and refill soup as needed, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. My family and I went to Orlando on vacation and discovered Volcano Hot Pot & BBQ in Kissimmee — it was an amazing dinner spot! The buffet combination of hot pot and BBQ totally made our day. Everything was delicious, and the ice cream for dessert was the perfect ending. 100% recommended whether you’re a local or just visiting like us!

My family, including my kids, love this place. They have a few different locations, but this one seems to have the best setup, as the grills are rectangular vs round at the other location off Kirkman, making it easier to cook more food at one time. It's a pretty good value, and everyone is always full after we leave. My only complaint is that they serve Pepsi vs Coke.
