What a delightful and cozy restaurant! The food here is exceptional. It truly warms the soul. The owner is friendly and welcoming. Treating you like a friend visiting his home. Pho Lao is hands down one of the best Asian food restaurants in the TriCities! I highly recommend the satay chicken appetizer, with the peanut sauce and the Pad Thai entree!

One of our favorite places to go out for lunch dates! The food here is soooo good! The wait time is not long and the staff is very friendly and attentive as well. Prices aren't bad either. It's small inside with only a few tables, but we actually enjoy that. If you like delicious food in a quaint atmoshpere with friendly service, then this is definitely a place for you! 😊

Outstanding in Every Way! We come to Pho Lao almost every week, and we couldn’t be happier! The food is consistently amazing—especially the pho shrimp, which is packed with flavor and always perfectly cooked. The appetizers are incredible and bursting with freshness. Had to come back and get another fill. 4 days ago I ordered Ka-Prow fried rice with both chicken and shrimp and heat level 3. Today I raise it to level 4 and the taste and flavor did not disappoint. 🔥

So delicious, got my meal door dashed and it was amazing. Will be ordering again. Definitely try this place. It was hot and fresh upon delivery. Pictured: Panang Curry with Shrimp 🍤 Shrimp very clean, cooked well. Rice super delicious Green beans delicious and fresh, not soggy! Curry was not spicy too spicy and tasted authentic. Can't wait to try more food from here. This was my first time and I was thoroughly impressed.

IMHO there is not a good chinese restaurant in the Bristol area. While we were in JC I searched for one and the ratings were excellent for Pho Lao. We got carry-out mixed veg with rice and pork. Also pot stickers. It was delicious. Everything was fresh and the pork tender. There are only seven or eight tables for inside dining. This is a small business owner that takes pride in their food and service.

We ate here for the first time this week. The food was amazing! Everything was so fresh and home made. We had crab Rangoon, pad Thai (get it with the lemon grass chicken!), and pho Lao. Tiffany was our host/waitress. She was really helpful and gave us great recommendations. Will definitely be back soon, thanks!
