From the moment I walked in, I was greeted right away, which set the tone for a great experience. Ordering was super easy with their self-service touchscreen pads, and they have an overwhelming (in the best way) amount of latte options. I ordered the tiramisu latte with almond milk and caramel drizzle, and it was easily one of the best lattes I’ve had in a while! Since it’s a Korean chicken spot, I had to try their specialty Korean fried chicken in the soy garlic flavor with sesame aioli. The chicken was juicy and full of flavor. I’m usually a sauce girl, but it honestly didn’t even need it. The complimentary miso soup was also so good I stopped using a spoon. The person who brought my food (I believe the manager) was extremely pleasant, and his hospitality was top tier. The restaurant was spotless, had a cute photo booth inside, and a super cute graphic wall outside for the girlies who love taking pictures. Overall, I had a great first experience. It’s definitely worth the hype, and I’ll absolutely be back to try more from their menu! 😍

I was there for the soft opening. At 11:45 it was moderately busy but there was a lot of staff to help with ordering and answering questions. The place is very casual. They have a Photo Booth that was not operational yet. To start they have complimentary miso soup with any order. The soup is simple but very good. The staff checked on me multiple times during my visit. The Good: * Miso soup - free and very good * Korean Fried Chicken - I chose the soy garlic which was very good * Fried Rice (side) - only has egg in it. It was good but I would have like a little more soy sauce in it. Which they did bring me on request * Strawberry Mango Lemonade - nice and tart Overall a great new addition to the restaurants in the area.

I had a great experience at Bibimbox / Kumo Kumo Cafe and was really impressed with both the desserts and drinks. Trevis was the server who helped us order with a kind attitude. I ordered three items and each one delivered. The Nutella Taiyaki was perfectly cooked — crispy and golden on the outside with a warm, gooey Nutella filling in the middle. It struck a great balance between texture and sweetness without being overwhelming. The Butterfly Yuzu Lemonade was incredibly refreshing. It had a nice tart yuzu flavor, was light and citrusy, and not overly sweet, which made it easy to enjoy and very thirst-quenching. The Strawberry Matcha Soft-Serve was another highlight. You can clearly taste both the strawberry and matcha, and the consistency was smooth and creamy without being icy or heavy. The flavors complemented each other really well. Overall, everything felt thoughtfully made, fresh, and well balanced. If you’re looking for unique desserts and refreshing drinks, this is definitely a spot worth checking out.

We went for the first time for lunch. It was clean, quiet and they had a photo booth! The food was absolutely amazing. We did the build your own bowl and you have so many options to customize. Definitely going back again

Service was quick and great. Placed my order, went to pick it up and it was completely ready. The food was fresh and full of flavor. I made my own beef bugolgi bowl. The portion was huge and was able to split into 2 meals. I ordered the melon cream soda to add that extra pop of flavor with and and finished it off with a pack of freshly made taiyaki( red bean, custard and pizza) each one good and unique with flavor. Also added a bottled barley tea as well and grant it is not sweet just plain tea, its good.I will definitely be ordering more from them to try more of there delicious food.ps I sadly didnt take a picture of my taiyaki pack as I got too excited to have it 🤣

Service was fast and the palce is spacious. They have a photo booth but it was not in service during our visit. The menu offers an impressive range of options such as bibimbap, KFC aka Korean Fried Chicken, desserts and drinks! Of course we had to try most of them lol! To start, we tried their Espresso Matcha, it was just okay. We opted for the create your own bowl, my husband got the chicken with rice, mushrooms, spinach, and edamame. I got the beef with EVERYTHING! So with rice, eggs, and lots of veggies, I enjoyed it! We also ordered their Soy Chicken, it was tasty, but we have had better ones. We ended our meal with their yummy matcha and strawberry soft serve. Korean restaurants are becoming popular here in Jacksonville and I am here for it!
