⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely crushed it. bb.q Chicken delivered a world-class experience. Shout-out to Kasen for exceptional customer service — welcoming, dialed-in, and on point from start to finish. Ordered the dumplings, sweet potato fries, soy garlic wings, and the bulgogi rice bowl — every single item was a win. Crispy, flavorful, perfectly balanced, and clearly made with care. This spot is elite. Totally recommend and will 100% be back.

I ordered Soy Garlic, Gangum Style for myself and Honey Garlic Chicken Wings for my Daughter. All of the flavors were DEfreakinLICIOUS!!! I Love Garlic and these Wings had Just the Garlic Flavor I’ve been looking for. And they were CRISPY TOO. A Perfect combination The location was n Asian Supermarket and the seating was packed, so we got our order to go. Lottii’s in Jax FL. I know next time.

The food was AMAZING! Everything was fresh, home made, made with REAL ingredients. They have such a calming, cute atmosphere. They have a little bar area AND KARAOKE!! This by far has been one of the best restaurants I’ve eaten at here in FL and nowadays I think it’s really important we start supporting our local businesses and letting people know the honest truth about great places to go and good food to eat. Pricing was very reasonable and all the staff was so bright, positive, fun and so welcoming. I highly recommend this place for a stop in, dine out, or even to grab a drink. 10 out of 10 🙌🏼

Cheap menu, expensive selections, mediocre taste. The choices are too few. I wouldn't recommend this place for lunch or dinner, Ever! The barbecue chicken with the secret sauce is a sticky mess covering the wings. The dumplings are swimming in grease. The dining area is not convenient for a group larger than 6. Our group had 9 people. The water from the fountain machine tasted awful. I asked for bottled water and they brought bottles of purified water. (I learned later that they charged me $2.95 for the bottled water but said that I should have had to pay three bucks for each bottle. Unacceptable and unbelievable!!) My overall impression is the owners settled for Cheap but charge too much. I would rather eat at a gas station than thisplace. I will never return. Even if the food was free. The men's restroom was for one person at a time. Everything is fried. I'd hate to learn what oil they used. Cheap restaurants like this one uses canola oil. They should have at least made moistened towelettes with lemon juice available for sticky fingers. The server took our order but came back after we're done to figure out our bill. It's hard for me to believe that this place could stay open this long, if they do this everyday.

I discovered BB.Q chicken when I was in South Korea and they never disappointed me. I found out today that there was one in Jacksonville. As usual, they didn’t disappoint me. Good was cooked in a timely manner and it was delicious. My family enjoyed it and it was their first time trying BB.Q chicken! I will be back!

I came here while visiting town for work, and I really wanted to love this place. Leann was amazing, with exceptional service. The food came out piping hot, which was a plus, and it was actually cooked to order. However, the wings are so giant I almost felt I was eating turkey wings. I almost choked twice while eating one time from a piece of broken bone in the chicken, and the second time there was a piece of wire material in my food like it came from a scrubbing pad. When I brought it to their attention, they just simply said oh I’m sorry about that. Needless to say, I just stopped eating and didn’t even take it to go. I wasted $23 for a lunch meal and I will not be back.

Great Korean chicken, staff are bilingual English/Spanish. We were the first customers for the young Cuban waiter, he did a stellar job. I hope he received all of the tip we left him ($35) even though the receipt said 'Claudia'. Te deseamos lo mejor.
