Furai Chicken

Great restaurant serving Korean-style fried chicken. It is conveniently located and offers easy parking. The interior space is very clean. My 6-year-old child loves their plain chicken. They offer two complimentary sauces with a 20-piece wing order. Staffs are very friendly!

Excellent Korean fried chicken. A litttle on the pricier side but totally worth it . The bone in chicken is halal as confirmed by the owner herself. The sauces that come with it are amazing too. The service is good and the place has decent area To sit.

Great fried chicken. Made straight after we ordered so it was hot, fresh and super crispy. The waffle was super light and crispy, a must buy. Small inside so better for take out, but nice enough to eat in if needed. Delicious, try the curry flavor!

Awesome Korean style fried chicken. We ordered soy sauce garlic flavor and loved it! It’s a bit sweet and full of garlic aroma. Do call to order to avoid long wait time. We waited for about an hour for our order. Will definitely call before going there next time.

God awful service. Let me start off by saying every time I would call I would be greeted with a "yes?". No other greeting to indicate that I got the correct number, I would have to actively ask if this was Furai chicken and waffle. Ordered today via doordash, but the order got canceled by the dasher, so had to place a second order. Called the restaurant to confirm that the order was made and ready to be picked up. Woman on the phone (Michelle) proceeded to yell at me about how the order has been ready and I need to come in and they will not be making the second order (despite me paying for it). I tried explaining that there are two orders, and they just have to push it through the system and mark it as ready. She then continued to yell at me, talk over me, and tell me the order has been ready and that I can drive into the store myself to check. Completely unprofessional. When I asked for a manager or to speak with someone else to explain the situation, she told me there was no one else in the store. I will not be ordering from here ever again. Disgusting service.

Their fried chicken was amazing! We had the soy garlic one. It was beautiful! It went so well with a side of plain white rice. Perhaps because their rice was good, too. The owner and the workers were really kind and friendly and their fried chicken was a work of art! Highly recommend!
