GANGNAM KOREAN STEAKHOUSE

Sisca was my server and she was fantastic! Drink and broth always full. They have a great sauce bar as well as meat selection. Ice cream great bonus. They do prompt you to take a review and you get a free "spin" to win a prize. Irregardless I would give 5/5 stars. And I did win a fruit tea 🙂

The food is really good, especially the premium meats. The lamb is marinated very well. The service is immaculate. It is really nice that people cook your food here. This is the only barbecue and hot pot that I have been to where they cooked the food for you everything was really good. Not a single complaint.

The meat quality is super good. The beef is tender and savory. The kbqq premium is worth the price and menu. The dessert and ice cream was the best. I ate like four plates of it. Our server Sisca was kind and nice when explaining how to kbqq and how to use the iPad. She was good at spotting when we are done with our dishes and refilling our water glasses. 5/5! Would recommend

Newest korean hotpot and bbq in town.. lets start with food.., only few choices on the food items in the counter for appetizers and dessert compare to other korean hotpot and bbq restaurants., per order of the plate is too small, so you need to order more often on their tablet.., Service is good so far.. quick and fast, once you order on the tablet, only took them 5 mins to refill..they dont rush you that you need to know how much time you left for your 2 hours limit.. the place is too tight especially when its too crowded. . We come to eat again today 11/29.. the service is superb ! With the young men and women are very attentive to the table.. iy doesnt matter who assign to your table.. checking on you what still you need.. from refilling of drinks, changing the griller. Again.. quick and fast service.. this is a much better place from Ktown in terms of service. At K town.. they always rush you.. remind you that you only have how many mins left for your 2 hrs.. and its much more cheaper here. Keep it up !!

We had an absolutely amazing time at Gangnam Hotpot & BBQ! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting but what truly made the experience unforgettable was the outstanding service we received from CiCi. CiCi went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and cared for. She personally prepared many of our meats at the grill, ensuring everything was cooked to perfection. Her attentiveness and genuine kindness stood out in the best way. What truly touched our hearts was how she took the time to connect with our family in our native language, something we didn’t expect but deeply appreciated. It made the whole experience feel personal, meaningful, and incredibly special. The food was top-notch, the flavors were rich and authentic, and the variety was impressive. But CiCi’s hospitality is what elevated our dinner into a memorable evening. We’ll definitely be coming back and bringing more family and friends with us next time! Highly recommend Gangnam Hotpot & BBQ — and be sure to ask for CiCi if you can!

I had the most incredible lunch at Gangnam Korean Steakhouse! The entire experience was fantastic, but the highlight was definitely our server, XiXi. She had such a great attitude, was incredibly attentive, and made our meal truly special. And the food? The meat quality was perfect, just absolutely top-notch and cooked beautifully. We will definitely be back soon, largely thanks to the wonderful service from XiXi!

Amazing, amazing, amazing!! Went on Valentine’s Day, no reservation, waited 30 minutes for the best food of my life!! It was sooooo good, we literally ate everything, like everything! 10/10 would recommend!
