KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot

Our first time at this KPOT location and it was a great first experience. Host stand staff was friendly as you could want and Joshna took wonderful care of us! Very attentive, friendly and good humored! We did KBBQ and hot pot. I ordered the tomato soup base, my usual and theirs was one of the best I’ve had from a hot pot restaurant. Great variety of food options here! We will be back!

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME! First time coming for thanksgiving and was super excited we chose this place! Anita was an amazing waitress/ bartender! She explained everything thoroughly and walked us through the process and we had sooooo many questions! If you want excellent food and drinks stop by grab a table and ask for Anita (she makes a great old fashioned ) 10/10 definitely coming back!!

First time trying this spot for lunch. It wasn’t too busy, so we got seated right away. The concept is fun. You order straight from a tablet, and the staff brings your selections out for you to cook at the grill in front of you. Unfortunately, the service was a bit lacking. Our waiter didn’t come by often to swap out the grill or offer water refills, and even when other employees passed by, no one checked in to see if we needed anything. The food itself was fine, but pacing is key here alternate between meats and veggies so you don’t get overwhelmed. And if you’ve got a sensitive stomach, maybe skip the carbonated drinks unless you want to leave feeling extra bloated. Overall, it was an okay experience nothing terrible, but the customer service definitely could’ve been better. With a little more attention to guests, this place could easily go from "just fine" to "worth returning to."

We had a wonderful experience at KPOT Bbq Greenville SC! The atmosphere was fun and inviting, and I really loved that they have a full bar— perfect for pairing drinks with meal. Their food selection is wide and offered plenty of great options. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive from the moment we walked in. A special shoutout to Michelle, who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Her kindness and helpfulness truly made our visit even better. Highly recommend KPOT if you’re looking for a great food, great service and great time!👍🏻

Our servers were amazing. THANK YOU JULIE & SANAI!! Your recommendations were amazing! Food was delicious! The only reason for a 4 out of 5 stars was because the bar was backed up so our drinks took a little longer than my liking. But the wait was worth it! The atmosphere was great and our dinner was a wonderfully delectable adventure!

This was our first visit. The entire visit was quite an experience! Go when you are very hungry as it is an all you can eat of everything! The atmosphere is very interesting and all the patrons look like they are having so much fun! There are many choices of meats and vegetables. There is also a bar filled with very unique and delicious offerings. Our server was Julia and she was so patient and explained everything so professionally. She gets a gold star. She answered all our questions graciously. You cook your food exactly how you want it at your own private table. If you want a real dining experience, try this restaurant. It’s perfect for a special occasion or celebration!
