It was a nice experience. We went here as soon as it opened. I liked that the server came over and told us about the history of the restaurant and by it being our first time there, made suggestions. The food was good. Note- if you get plain wings, they are exactly that. The batter did not even have any flavor. My husband is a picky eater, so he ordered it plain and then added soy sauce, to his liking. We will go back again and try new things next round.

I love all kinds of fried chicken. Korean fried chicken is hands down the best style of fried chicken. Always get the chicken with the bones in it. Don’t waste your time with the boneless wings. Half soy garlic and half spicy is my standard order. So garlic is salty and sweet. Spicy is flavorful gochujang. The wings have the best skin, sauce to meat ratio. Drumsticks hit the spot too if you are in the mood for more meat. Their fried rice is also top notch and is a good filler unless you want to only eat chicken. There is a wait for the chicken due to their frying process and the paint on the sauce for each piece ensuring you have the right amount of flavor on each piece. There can a wait to be seated as well but just order it to go and nom on it in your car. Everyone who I have introduced to Bon Chon instantly becomes obsessed.

Cold food and poor customer service , paid for a cup of ranch and received a half cup. Next time charge half price if you’re only giving half cup.

I ordered takeout for the first time from here. The food was ready. I didn't have to wait which was good. Ordered the spicy chicken fried rice. That was really good. Also order the plain chicken wings which I thought would have more flavor. So I was a little disappointed with that. I had coleslaw which was really good. Wasn't too sweet just right.

The parking situations isn't the best being downtown but if you make enough circles you can normally get lucky. The food we got was all amazing, my only downside was that the actual atmosphere was very casual and felt like a subway or jimmy johns but then you pay $16 for a entre. It just seemed that the prices didn't match the aesthetic.

Love this place! Service is always stellar and the Korean BBQ chicken is delicious. The seasoned fries also never disappoint. Bulgogi is delicious, too. All come in more than adequate serving sizes, as do the large donut sticks for dessert. Give it all a try, you will not be disappointed.
