Cupbop - Korean BBQ in a Cup

New to Luke AFB, formerly BK there. Hours at 11am to 8pm. First te vist at about 4pm. Quiet at this time. Hopefully it will generate enough business to stay. Food is very good, kimchi good (as side). Choices of bottled beverages or fountain. Restaurant clean, employees friendly. I will return, definitely recommend

Didn't meet my expectations. The young man behind the counter was informative and pleasant. But this might as well been McDonald's for Korean food. The food was not fresh nor was it hot. Everything was a luke warm temperature. The chicken tasted old like it had been reheated from a few days ago. I didn't enjoy the flavors, there was an oily residue to everything. I wont be back

For the uninitiated, this restaurant's concept is "easy & accessible Korean BBQ in a bowl," and they LAND that flavor & balance so well! Even the kimchi side dish is legit - not watery - which I think exemplifies how well the team drills down authenticity to deliver a delicious meal. The sauces don't overpower the ingredients. The portions are great, easily a full meal in the standard size. My wife had enough to eat twice from her order. Highly recommend, definitely swing by!

Very disappointed in their posted hours. At the time of this review, it stated 7 weeks ago the hours were updated by the owner that they are open until 2000. I arrived at 1910 to find the door locked and the chairs turned. Would still love to try it but the misinformation turned me off.

Sorry but I had high hopes and wanted to enjoy a new idea for lunch. Slow to order process which took 15 minutes in line. Then wait another 15 for order. Soda machine didn't work but only 2 types of soda and the 8 others didn't work properly. Just soda water came out and leaked all over your hand It had no ice at all at noon for anyone's drinks because the ice maker was not filled prior by anyone. Food was not what I expected. Even with #5 spice level it was tasteless. The so called Korean meat was stingy in clumps. Ordered a side of Kimchi and it was over done and very very sweet with sugar and no kimchi flavor at all. Sorry someone need to properly train and manage this new store.
