Hangry Joe's Hot Chicken & Wings

First of all, the girl working the counter was delightful and a pleasure to meet. The atmosphere is amazing. The food was fire, I'll be back. The chicken can be seasoned from mild to you need to sign a waiver hot. I got medium, perfect for me, warm your face a little. They serve okra and it was amazing. Mac n cheese is a must try. Highly recommend 💚💯💯

Let me tell you! This is the best damn chicken sandwich ive had in a very long time. Perfect amount of spice and seasoning and juicy. The Mac n cheese is fire as well. Its a little more pricey than most chicken places but worth the extra $$$.

For starters, customer service was amazing! Very kind lady who was prompt with helping me. We placed an online order through the app, and the food was hot and ready when I got there. The chicken tenders were crispy, even after driving the food home. However, I did not love that they came naked and you had to dip it into the sauce. I also thought $18 for 6 tenders with no sides is kind of crazy. It did come with two slices of Texas bread, not grilled, and kind of stale, so I thought that was weird. The waffle fries were seasoned great. The loaded fries had plenty of chicken on it. It's a good size to share. The Mac and cheese had good taste. $5 for a small cup that was only filled halfway was slightly disappointing. The rice bowl was a good size for the price. We did ask for no lettuce and had some on there anyways, but mistakes happen so we did not care too much. This would be a great lunch option. For the sauces- Today we tried the soy garlic in the rice bowl and I thought it was divine. We got honey bbq and wild zing for the tenders, and it was extremely mid. We were expecting something along the lines of BWW asian zing, but there was just no zing at all. It tasted like a honey sauce with a few pieces of garlic. It didn't suit our tastes because we were hoping for a little kick. The hangry joe's sauce was good, and we ended up eating only that for the tenders and dipping the fries in.

Let me start by saying I’m a HUGE fan of Dave’s hot chicken and has been how I compare chicken tender places since I tried it… DAVES IS OUT THE WINDOW! Hangry Joes is my new "bar" to compare other chicken places to. When I tell you best chicken I’ve ever had I can’t explain it enough. I saw great reviews on the tenders and the sandwiches so I had to try both. Tenders are phenomenal, huge chicken tenders cooked beautifully, and seasoned to perfection. The chicken sandwich was seriously insane, MASSIVE sandwich makes you feel like you’re definitely getting your moneys worth! Waffle fries like others have said are cooked and seasoned perfect not insanely crispy not soft just the perfect median. To top it all off the hangry sauce is literally the best sauce I’ve ever tasted, went good with the sandwich the tenders the fries hell I even dipped the bread in it. Even if I tried to find a flaw in this place I seriously couldn’t. Keep doing what yall do, I work right around the corner so trust me I’ll see you next week for lunch!

Nasty every time I go they mess up my order. This was untouched mac and cheese .... one bite and to the trash it went ! Always a waste of money yuck!

The Wings were Huge I ordered an 18 pc and got full after eating 5 wings. The hangry joes sauce was so good I wanted to slap my mama! But no for real I really enjoyed the breaded wings very juicy and tender perfectly cooked!!!

When we walked in we were greeted by a very sweet lady with a warm smile who was very patient with me. I got the Sando Chicken sandwich combo(#1) mild spice with macaroni and cheese. My fiancé got the Chicken and Waffles we both loved our meals. 10/10.
