I ordered a salad and discovered that the egg contained mold. The server was courteous and promptly replaced it; however, the second salad (egg) also showed traces of mold. As an apology, he provided me with two gift cards, but I later learned that one had already been used. Given this experience, I do not plan to order from this establishment again, as the food appears to be prepackaged and insufficiently checked for freshness.

Very easy tap & go service ! Minimum social interaction required to order and pick up your food. You do everything on the screen. So many food options to choose from; mediterranean, Asian, Italian, Mexican, etc. fresh food, and great flavor.

We’ve ordered from Wonder several times now, and the concept is really cool — the option to mix and match food from lots of different restaurants and cuisines in a single order is a life saver for families. The delivery has been mostly reliable, when we didn’t receive our food the support feature assisted us in making it right. The quality of the food is hit or miss; some dishes hit the mark more than others but we have never had a terrible meal we couldn’t eat. Overall it’s convenient and fun to try different things all from one place, and I’d recommend it for when you’re craving variety or feeding a group.

My son and I couldn’t decide what we wanted for dinner and ended up at Wonder. Absolutely amazing experience. The staff was kind, courteous and so helpful. Food was delicious! I got a poke bowl that was packed with flavor and the tuna was fresh. My son had wings and they were also great! I loved my experience there. I will definitely go back to try more items. The staff was wonderful. My son couldn’t stop talking about how sweet and helpful they were to us! Love this new addition to Fairfield.

Not sure about other food here but the steak by Bobby Flay is horrible. The same price you would pay at a premium steak house and the steak is worse than what you would get at a diner. No flavor, the texture is super weird and overall just not a good experience. Seriously I never really write reviews but this was that bad... Please save your money.

This ghost kitchen turned AI slop of restaurants, it feels, is what happens when food loses all its humanity. Everything was good at first bite then quickly felt empty and soulless. I want to be clear: I do not want to disparage the workers at this establishment who do the best that they can in an institution that feels formulaic and boring. I love trying cuisine from different places; it feels like this restaurant concept (and this is what I am rejecting, the concept) tried to be from everywhere and is then from nowhere as a result. In the same way that Chipotle or Cava is a narrow, watered-down, and yuppified version of their respective cuisines Wonder has taken on a new task: to do the same for all common food types in fast casual American gastronomy. Again, the people I saw working in the back seemed nice. When one of the people handed me our food she was polite and included everything into the bag. However, everything else from the human-free ordering system, to the impersonal seating area, to the plug free charging ports made me to the endless stream of application-directed delivery drivers made me feel like I was in an airport that didn't really want me there. Why have seating if humans aren't meant to feel welcome?
