Ume Grill Onigiri House

Quick eats from a quick place. The price is unreal. The taste is fine A usual spot for my nephew. He likes to take me here. I see many people ordering to go. It is a limited seating outdoor Japanese Street Food vibe. Cool. I will always be back. The folks who run the place and work here are diamonds in the rough.

I was very impressed. Good food for good prices with good service. The teriyaki was very sweet and savory.

Wonderful vegetarian food! Onigiri is damn good! Extremely excited to have found this place. Has made my top five go to places for food when I don't feel like cooking. Prices are great, serving size is spot on, and flavor is amazing. Got the tofu and the sweet potato and onion onigiri. Can't wait to go back!

This is my go to place. I love their rice! The sauce is delicious and they do a great job with their tofu as well. The plate portion is quite filling, I usually can only eat half and then save the other half. Their are 1-2 people that work the place. Can be a bit of a wait if there are a few people ahead of you but definitely worth the 10-15 min wait. They added a covered seating area to wait, which is very much appreciated 🙂 Another plus, the staff are friendly and easy to talk to.

Absolutely delicious. Kimchi bacon & teriyaki chicken are my favorite. And you can’t go wrong with the chocolate & peanut butter smoothie. Huge plus is that it’s made with almond milk 10/10

First time at this location, but wow!! Seriously so good. The plates are the same as the Pearl St location but I tried the onigiri and it might be a new fave in town! The rice is nice and sticky, the protein flavorful, and the salad is not only super delicious, but also really healthy. The veggies are fresh and the dressing is awesome. Love that it also comes with hard boiled egg and almonds on the side. I’ll definitely be back!

I cannot say enough GREAT things about UME GRILL, the service on top of the food is amazing, they’re so kind, the food speaks for itself if you haven’t tried it you’re missing out! Soup is also 10/10
