Master Noodle (Edina)

Tried several dishes at Master Noodle in Edina and really enjoyed the meal. The beef shank was tender, rich, and full of slow-braised flavor. The fried noodles with beef and chicken were a standout—great noodle texture, good wok flavor, and not greasy. I was pleasantly surprised by the beef burrito as well. The beef was flavorful and well seasoned, and the wrap made it a hearty, satisfying dish. The Master Noodle soup was comforting with a clean, savory broth and fresh noodles. Portions are generous, noodles taste freshly made, and everything came out hot. Definitely a spot I’d return to when craving noodles.

Best homemade noodles in town! We loved the flavor of the Biang Biang Noodle. It was not spicy, so my husband was able to eat some. Fast and genuine servers. I love that they work as a team.

We got cold cucumbers, beef dumplings, master pizza, scallion pancakes, biang biang noodles, and a bunch of boba teas. Everything was delicious! Highly recommend the biang biang noodles with beef. The wide noodles have a lovely texture and with more surface for the sauce to cover, it makes them absolutely delicious. Also make sure you try the master pizza. So unique, so delicious, so rich and flavorful. Enjoy!

Master Noodle was a great find. The signature noodle soup was rich and comforting. Rhe beef back ribs were tender, and the mix of scallions, cilantro, pickled mustard, and that chef’s special sauce added a nice balance of flavor. The beef dumplings were perfectly cooked with a savory filling and just the right texture, while the steamed pork juicy buns were soft and flavorful, exactly what you hope for in a good dumpling house. Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. Definitely a spot worth checking out if you’re craving quality noodles and dumplings.

You must try the classic "master noodle" here in Edina. The flavors are truly delicious and I wish I can take this entire establishment back to Chicago! We had the cold cucumber, beef burrito (not pictured), and the master noodles. They have the perfect amount of heat where you can still taste the flavors in the broth and brisket!

Great place. In fact my 4 year old son was eating the orange chicken and noodles and I said to him was it good. He put his thumbs up and said I would give it 5 stars.. I totally agree with him for once... will be back.

I love this place. I have been here probably over 30 times in a few years, I don't eat out a lot but Master Noodle is one of the best noodle/food places I've ever gone. The staff is always friendly and attentive. The food comes out quickly with care every time. I have tried many different dishes and am never disappointed. They do an amazing job, and the food speaks on its own being genuine hand pulled noodles every day!
