Lovely neighborhood Mexican restaurant in Golden/Denver. Had a great time with friends and family. Great food, ambiance, staff. I found guacamole too spicy so they gave me fresh avocado slices. I wasn't able to drink margaritas so they pleasantly provided hot tea. Everyone else loved both the margaritas and guacamole. The salads, entrees were all delicious. Fun spot!

This restaurant is a gem. Our server, Jesse, was such an authentic, amazing server. I have to say it was some of the best service I’ve had dining out. He went above and beyond knowing it was our first time dining here, and I will definitely be back to try more on the fantastic menu. The menu is nearly 100% gluten free except for the quesadilla which they said they could do on a corn tortilla if requested. The chips here are perfectly seasoned and delicious. Their food and drink ingredients are local and high quality. Warning- the spicy margarita is no joke spicy, so only order if you want an extremely spicy marg. The ambiance is welcoming, cozy, and fun… perfect for a date night or going out with friends/family. They don’t advertise much, so word of mouth goes a long way. There’s a lot of Mexican restaurants in the Denver area, but this is a must try!

12 out of 10 on this somewhat hidden jem! Portions aren't going to send you home aching, perfectly sized so you don't feel guilty for having ordered the appetizer... The drinks were made well and as requested! Staff culture appeared genuine and happy to please! The food was delicious and some dishes were easily vegetarian accommodating. Can't wait to return. The restaurant was about 45 minutes out of our way, but is a great pre downtown or stock show event dinner location!

Sunnyside's got a gem in this Mexican restaurant. Consistently excellent food and service make it a regular spot for me. The chef clearly has a deep understanding of Mexican cuisine and isn't afraid to innovate. Taco Tuesday is a must-try! My only suggestion? Elevate the tequila selection. It's currently the only area where they're falling short, especially for those of us who appreciate a well-curated tequila list. * Alright, gotta give this place 5 stars now! That Korean BBQ chicken taco last Tuesday was seriously amazing – the chef went above and beyond. Still holding out for a better tequila/mezcal selection though.

Solid brunch spot that can seat large parties at a late notice. Food was actually pretty dang good - with the highlight being the French toast. I think the amount of $$ you pay for the portion is bad though. It’s over $20 per portion including tax. And they sneak a 3.5% service charge in hoping you don’t notice and tip 20%

My husband and I have been coming here for years, and it’s always amazing. The food is incredibly fresh, high-quality, and truly farm-to-table. Marco and Michael are our favorite servers, but everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Our absolute favorite Mexican spot in Denver… highly recommend!
