The food was amazing as always. We had several dishes which included the 5 Spice Duck Ramen, Red Curry Ramen, and the Shrimp Tom Yum Ramen. They were all delicious. I want to give thanks to our waiter, Chase, for such great service.
second time here as a yearly vacation. My boys can't stop talking about the broth! everything on the menu is great including apps and fancy shakes. atmosphere is relaxed. Abbey was terrific and a complete sweetheart. prices are great. Great vibrant area. lots of energy.
Ramen Lab is an absolutely fantastic modern Ramen spot. It's a chain, but still does a great job with the food. I go for the classic Tonkatsu Ramen, or the Burnt Ends Tonkatsu on the happy hour menu. It's super flavorful and the ingredients all feel really fresh. Every now and then the burnt ends have been a little overdone, but it's still really good. The decor is a perfect mix of classic and modern, with a ton of wood tones and rope accents, with pop culture flairs thrown in and anime playing on the bar tv. The staff is attentive and friendly too! Overall, if you're looking for a solid ramen spot, give this place a try!
I wanted to try something different, so I came here. This restaurant is fantastic. The food was superb, the server was great, and the Boba tea was good. Also, the menu has great selections.
1st time enjoying ramen & boy did we pick the right place! Our server Nick was extremely knowledgeable about the menu. He took his time explaining the items we showed interest in. He suggested subs to meet our needs & didn’t miss a beat during our entire lunch. The strawberry Saketini was delicious, topped with dried edible rose petals, such a cool garnish! We will definitely return the next time we visit Del Ray.
My friend and I had the ramen, gyoza, and karaage chicken. I forgot to take a photo of the gyoza, so I’m sorry about that. Anyways the service overall was really good. Our server was attentive and very kind. The atmosphere was nice as well. It was calm since we came a little bit after the restaurant opened. The ramen was honestly delicious in my opinion. The broth was flavorful, the noodles were cooked perfectly, and the other toppings were delicious as well. The karaage chicken was crispy and had a nice flavor. The pork gyoza was flavorful as well. The fruit tea was really refreshing and I appreciate them making it less sweet for me as well. My only complaint would be the temperature of the food when it was brought out. I feel as if any food brought to the table should be hot. The ramen and appetizers came to us a little warm, which caused the food to get cold faster. The food was good enough to eat still thankfully. I’d definitely come back here again. I just hope the food will be hotter.
I came for dinner on a weekday. I had no problems finding the restaurant. This area of town is crowded. The area has a few parking garages and parking lots and street parking around. They are meter pay. We started with the loaded Kimchi fries with chicken. That was different as in good. It was different flavors. The chicken was good. It tasted sweet to me. The fries were good and crunchy. It was a good dish. I then got the famous Tonkotsu Ramen. That broth was delish. I liked it. The pork belly, mushrooms, and egg are all good. I would order this dish again and recommend it. The staff was so nice and helpful. I enjoyed my time here. I was glad I tried the place. I sat outside and had a great time people-watching and having a great meal with friends.
