Dinner for two on a Saturday night - we were seated quickly in a nice dining area. We ordered drinks, and then the salmon dinner and the hibachi scallops & shrimp. The food was very good, especially the scallops and salmon. For dessert my husband had the fried ice cream - the other option was tuxedo cake. The service was very good (we had Jett - she's lovely, gave us good advice on ordering!). (The only reason I took off a star is we got seated directly under the only table with a large pendant light with dead bugs in it. Did my best not to look but it's one of those things that once you see it you can't unsee it.)

We keep coming back to Pacific Bistro because everything hits just right! The food is outstanding—especially the sushi, which is always incredibly fresh and perfectly prepared. We’ve tried a variety of rolls and it’s consistently some of the best around. Service is top-notch: friendly, attentive, and efficient without feeling rushed. The restaurant is spotless every time we visit—super clean and well-maintained, which makes the whole dining experience even more enjoyable. Whether it’s a casual night out or something special, this place never disappoints. Highly recommend—definitely worth the trip!

We brought a group of 10 here on a Thursday night. We received excellent personal service from John our waiter! He was very attentive and explained our choices, options to substitute, and spice levels. The food was brought out quickly and all of us were impressed with the quality. Our choices were the lemongrass soup and tempura chicken appetizer, entrees were sesame chicken and shrimp, sweet and sour chicken, volcano chicken and fried rice dishes. All were excellent and received rave reviews. We will all be back very often!

Wouldn't recommend it for the sushi, chicken fried rice, lettuce wraps, or coconut milk soup. We were starving but could not finish due to tastes. Have tried this restaurant a few times in last year and it seems they just can't get it together. Edamame was edible but rest was not good, very salty and not pleasant, fresh flavors. Service was neutral, seemed confused and overwhelmed even though hardly anyone there. I'm not sure why they would have repeat customers, it's just not good food and way overpriced. There are good Milwaukee area alternatives for each cuisine type. Sushi, for half the price and very good and fresh, go to Wasabi. This establishment feels like it hasn't recovered from covid time and either needs an ownership change or another overhaul to start fresh with customers in mind and good food as a priority.

Can't even come close to a one start. Yikes. We had a group of 5 for hibachi arrived 15 early. First they didn't want to seat us but soon thereafter we were sat. Waitress took our drink orders and we order 3 appetizers. They were ok but certainly overpriced. We were celebrating 4 birthdays. We ordered our dinners and probably waited 20 minutes for anyone to come start our entertainment. Well he arrived. Totally no personality. He did his prep on the grill took an egg and spun it for a minute or two. Not real exciting. Took his onion and make a volcano, not much to that either. Prepared the rice. Pretty bland not much seasoning at all. Served our rice. hmm. prepared the vegies which consisted of broccoli, maybe a half onion and six strips of zucchini. Mind you we have 5 adults . Not much to go around. Ive had better at other local restaurants. Again there was NO ENTERTAINMENT. Tossing of the veggies in the mouth, squirting the Saiki. IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE WE HAD FOR 4 BIRTHDAYS. The scallops were undercooked and barely browned. The tenderloin was low grade and stringy and we weren't given knifes to cut. The entrees were pretty much bland. There was no salt and pepper placed out either. This so called chef should have given it up. As we proceeded to eat our food he continued to scrub and clean the grill in front of us for 5 to 10 minutes which interrupted us from having a group conversation. Again so unprofessional. There was no other hibachi tables going for the whole time we were there. I can guarantee you we'll never go back. For the money we spent with tipping both the chef and waitress and spending over 400 dollars was very disappointing. I wish I would have taken photos or video but unfortunately not.

We come here about once a year and have never been disappointed with either the drinks or food selection. This time we came as a family and the kids loved the menu options. Friendly staff along with fantastic sushi and hibachi options make this a friendly adult place too.
