All I can say is, for the $175 bill with tax, this is a three-star restaurant at best. The server seemed overwhelmed with three tables and appeared to be a bartender at the same time. He got my drink, but when he dropped it, he didn’t even ask my wife if she wanted a drink. When we went to order, we said we were ready, and he responded, oh well, do you want appetizers first? I told the my wife to go ahead and order, and she did. I then said I’d like to have this as an appetizer, which I wanted to put in first. He stated "I need to out that in first" I appreciate the comment, but tone is everything. My wife had the seabass, which was very tasty. I had their smoked old-fashioned and a steak with roasted potatoes, which lacked flavor and was a bit disappointing but ketchup covers everything, so it was fine. There was a gentleman walking around in a burgundy suit who didn’t seem to be doing much. No one came by to check on us as I felt the young man in suit should have done. I would assume it’s supposed to be an upscale restaurant, but it mainly seemed to cater to the neighborhood, which is fine no problem. However, don’t charge the prices you do and not provide five-star service. If I were in the area again, I probably wouldn’t stop by again. Parking can be a pain, cash or card are accepted as forms of payment.

The halal steak and chicken are absolutely amazing — juicy, flavorful, and seasoned perfectly. The sides are generous, shareable, and just as delicious as the mains. Definitely a spot worth checking out if you’re craving quality halal food

Great food and service. Nice outdoor seating. Steak and lobster was cooked perfectly. The sauce with the calamari was an interesting twist and delicious. I don’t even like beets but the beet chop salad was very good, super fresh and the fried onions added a nice crunch. I had the berry 75 and the pear mule. Pear mule was delicious! Would definitely come back again.

Food is on point the burger was very lite and the meat charred n very flavourful . The steak was cooked on point and quality of meat is definitly there . Salad portion was big and well presented , the dressing wasnt anything special for me . I would definitly go back to try different items on the menu!! Im glad to have found a halal upscale steak restaurant that serves aged meat !!!

The host was good, there was no waiting, the waiter came to us immediately and gave us some suggestions, but we were there for the 22oz Ribeye steak. We ordered the salad, which the waiter said was for sharing, but unfortunately, for $14, we got a small dish that was barely enough for one person and it came with frozen cucumbers . However, we didn't mind until the food arrived. We ordered the steak medium, but unfortunately, it was overcooked (well done)and came with butter, which the waiter suggested, and they charged us $4 extra for each 2oz each steak. Because we were starving from traveling, we didn't want them to make us another one, we didn't have enough time. I personally don’t recommend the place because Lack of chef experience

I chose Mint29 for my birthday this year and given we were a big group I made the reservation a month in advance. It was done very quickly and easily over email correspondence. They were super responsive and welcoming. We were seated as soon as we got there. Food, service and atmosphere were all very good. We had a great time and enjoyed ourselves. They served the cake that we took along with us with no extra charge. I would definitely recommend this place.

Ate here on valentines day from out of town. Was sat in a section where bartender served us. Ordered appetizer, we never received, ordered salad, we never received. As soon as we told him we had never are here before he couldn't be bothered with us. Almost seemed bothered when we ordered drinks. The food (Korean salmon and filet) were excellent, but brought to two different tables before making is way to us. Drinks were not filled, very disappointed in the service. It wasn't even crazy busy at that point. The food was good, but would never go there again. Server blamed it on the back, but never once checked in on us to make sure we received our stuff. Will never go back.
