ON+ON - Fresh Korean Kitchen

Was visiting Westfield Mall and found this place. Ordered the galbi bowl - the waitress informed me at order that it could take 15min to prepare, but the started right away and it came out piping hot. As expected for galbi, was somewhat fatty, but very tasty.

When getting food from them I always know I’m getting quality food with the good customer service. It’s always fresh and delicious and always looks great. They never disappoint with the customer service when you ask for more of something on your food they deliver. There prices are good for the size you get when your order or have it delivered. When I asked for an equal ratio of broccoli to mushrooms with a little extra cheese they gave me a whole side of cheese and I love that. Again I have to say overall a great place to eat and get good customer service.

I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the bulgogi bowl with everything. It was fresh yet warm at the same time. This bowl was full of flavor and full filling. This one is located inside the mall, so if you want that type of atmosphere, then it’s good.

I went to this place, excited to try it. The only reason why I gave it two stars is because the food is really good but the customer service is terrible. I went up and I was the only customer at the time and there was a guy whose name is Freddy S according to my receipt and a girl whose name I didn’t get and they both looked at me like deciding who was gonna help me but I could tell that none of them wanted to help me so then the guy finally helped me but the whole time he had attitude and was dismissive towards me and when it was time to check out, he just charged me without saying a word, didn’t even tell me the total and then just like basically threw my bag and my soda at me just slid it across the table where the cashier desk is and he didn’t even tell me thank you or have a nice day or anything and just proceeded to go help the next person who showed up minutes after me so I probably won’t be coming back just because of the service and how terrible it was. I felt like I was a burden to them.

This is a tasty Korean restaurant. My salmon bowl was freshly made with kale brown rice, sauté zucchini, tomatoes, shredded carrots, corn, salmon and drizzle with a tasty dressing. They have a build your own bowl option. Top it off with a mango passion fruit lemonade. Service is fast . This located is in the food court of WestFields Fox Hills mall.

OMGGGGG….. this food is sooo fresh!!!! If you want Quality food and you care about what you consume! This is the place. I got a bowl w/Kimchi rice , Fresh veggies and beef. Every ingredient was so fresh .also, I ordered a Guava Honey Lemonade (only if I can go back and buy 2😅) . From now on . If I eat out. I’m only eating local. Places like ON+ON is so essential to our communities . Please support this local business … it is soooo Bomb. I bet you , you won’t regret not one bite.

I usually head to ON+ON - Fresh Korean Kitchen when I want some real Korean food.The food is fresh, tasty, and looks great.It's a really chill and friendly spot, great for just grabbing a bite or hanging out with your buddies.The folks working here are so nice and really go out of their way to make sure everything's just perfect.You can always count on ON+ON if you're in the mood for kimchi, bibimbap, or any other traditional Korean dish; they always deliver."I'd totally tell anyone to go check this place out if they want to experience a little bit of Korea!"
