Zodiac Pot and Korean BBQ

I was disappointed in how long it took for this place to open, but it was well worth it! I was so glad to finally try it out. I love that it's the same price to do hot pot and Korean BBQ. We only really did a very small portion of the BBQ. And I was very impressed that they let us try the broths for the hot pot before deciding. Not gonna lie, it was still a difficult choice because they were all so good! It wasn't my first hot pot experience, so I ordered the exact right amount of food that I wanted right away, but it was new to my friend and we got to experience the delivery cat cart. It is awesome! The sauce bar was very well equipped with a great variety of options and had other foods to compliment. Honestly, with as long as I waited for this place to open, I had high expectations and it delivered. Every other hot pot and Korean BBQ I've tried, were fairly flavorless because of the sauces available and just in general. This place delivers great flavors to begin with and then some! I see myself coming back often. I also want to mention how attentive the staff was. We did show up not long after they opened, but they were very on top of everything 100% Overall, one of the most impressive places I've been in a while. We did get a drink each and it was very good. Especially the prices for everything.

They have a great aesthetic going on here, very fun and bold. The food is great and there’s no up-charge to have hotpot and bbq at the same time. They have a great sauce bar and even though they were packed when we went the service wasn’t too slow. Our server Nina was great. The milk tea was also great and you can request more or less sugar in the drink depending on what you like. They also have a dessert bar and some fried items like spring rolls for any picky eaters. Overall a great time. They had a couple typos on the menu but it didn’t take away from anything. Definitely recommend the healthy herb broth but everything is great. The strawberry shaved ice was also great. They also do a fun birthday celebration with a free shaved ice!!! I definitely recommend this place.

Our waiter, Alexander, went above and beyond to make my girls' day feel special, fun, and enjoyable for my daughters & I. Both my girls & I loved his energy so much that we will definitely be returning more often. I recommend you ask for Alexander, he's amazing waiter. Everything was so delicious and wonderful.

They have been preparing for this business for a very long time, and tomorrow (1/19/26) is finally their grand opening. Knowing how dedicated, sincere, and hardworking they have been throughout this entire journey makes me feel incredibly happy and proud of them. My family loves Korean BBQ and hot pot, and we have tried many BBQ restaurants across San Antonio, Austin, Houston, and Dallas. I can confidently say that this place is on a completely different level. It is far more fancy and luxurious than any other Korean BBQ or hot pot restaurant we have been to in Texas. The restaurant itself is extremely large and spacious, with a beautiful, upscale interior. They even have two private karaoke rooms, which is such a fun and thoughtful addition. On top of that, there are 2–3 serving robots that automatically deliver food to the tables. They are surprisingly cute and add a unique, modern touch to the dining experience. One of my biggest frustrations at other BBQ places has always been weak grills. I have been to many restaurants where the fire is so low that you wait forever for the meat to cook. Here, that problem does not exist at all. Both the hot pot and the BBQ grills use an induction base, which heats up very quickly. The meat cooks fast and evenly, making the entire experience much more enjoyable. The variety and freshness of the vegetables really stood out. Everything looked vibrant and clean. The meats were extremely fresh, and all of the marinated meats were full of flavor and absolutely delicious. You can truly taste the quality in every bite. We also tried the boba tea and the shaved ice desserts, and both were excellent. Honestly, everything we tasted was good, without a single disappointment. I can confidently say that this is one of the most luxurious and high-quality restaurants I have ever visited in Texas. I truly believe this restaurant will become a landmark in Corpus Christi. Anyone who loves meat will absolutely love this place. The hot pot broth selection is also impressive. There are several different soup bases, and you can sample them before deciding. Every single one we tried was delicious. The sauce bar is very well stocked with many options, and there is a separate mini bar conveniently located in the center of the restaurant. If you love Korean BBQ or hot pot, I highly recommend visiting this restaurant. It is clear how much thought, effort, and passion went into creating this place, and it truly shows in every detail.

We came on first day of business. Atmosphere was amazing. The flavor of meets were perfectly seasoned. We had the spicy seafood hot pot. And grill octopus, ribs, pork belly and spicy chicken. Great selection of sauces and plenty of authentic Asian vegetables. A very memorable culinary experience. Will definitely be back and invite our friends.

I got the chance to eat dinner tonight with my little ones this evening and wasn’t disappointed. The marinated meat was flavorful and so was the broth for the hotpot. The portion sizes are a little small for a single order of meat for the hotpot, but you can order as many as you want for most of them. I definitely feel like I got a pretty good bang for my buck, and the staff were super friendly. We also got to use the gacha machines and got lots of super cute toys! Unfortunately the cotton candy machine was out of order, but I hope we get to try it out the next time we visit 🥰

Zodiac Hotspot in Corpus Christi has truly become mine and my wife's favorite place to eat. The food was fresh, delicious, and full of flavor, and we loved that there was a great variety of options to choose from on the menu. Our server, Karli, made the experience even better. She gave us great recommendations, was extremely attentive and friendly, and made sure our drinks were always filled. It was obvious that she has experience in the serving industry. Between the amazing food and the outstanding service, Zodiac Hotspot is a place we will definitely keep coming back to. Highly recommend!
