Predatory practices. Had a large group and before we were even asked what to drink or what the others wanted to order, the head of our group was asked if they wanted the "Premium Package" and the head of the group said yes assuming it would just be for them alone. Music was too loud it was hard to communicate with friends and servers standing right next to you. Turns out that "Premium Package" order was then applied to the entire table. Went from $30 per person to $50 per person and the best that could be done was apply around a 30% discount to the entire order. People were confused when food was coming out when none of us were asked what we wanted to order. Food was coming out long before any rice, sides, sauces, or even water was put out. Being very fair, the food was good all around. We made use of the "Premium Package" and really enjoyed the long bone short rib, wagyu, and carna asada a lot. They had a little dessert-like thing called a Mango Muncher which was really good. Service started very slow but picked up after some time. Honestly I'd give the place a 4-star on the food alone (-1 Star, atmosphere was loud and uninviting) but have to give 2-Stars for service. That "Premium Package" being applied to everyone and not asking us what we wanted to drink and order after that was poor. The 30% reduction table-wide was nice, but still would have wished to avoid that situation overall.

UPDATE.. I posted a review couple weeks ago about how they changed the salad. Well bout a week later we went back, they had changed the salad back to the original one. We were so happy. 5 🌟 10🌟 for the employees & management

First time in a while, always enjoy coming here and we feel like there's more options on the menu. Food was great and service is even better, our waiter Michael was very attentive and fantastic.

The service is excellent! Sebas is very entertaing and joyful. He’s helpful, going above and beyond to provide a wonderful eating experience. This is our 2nd time, having him as a server. The food was also really good and delicious. I recommend the Woo beasal and Premium Chadol. Our top order!! An overall outstanding service! We always going to go back here, our favorite Kbbq house.

I enjoyed the food and the service. food came very quickly. It is fun to cook the food to the degree you want it cooked. the server was friendly and helpful. I had a great meal and time.

I brought my family here for a birthday celebration last week. This was their first KBBQ experience and I am sad to say I was very disappointed with our service. Once we were seated it took about 20 minutes for us to get water. When our server arrived, he didn’t care to explain how ordering worked which was frustrating for my family. The food was good. Last time I was here, it took us 45 minutes to be seated even though we were "1st" on the suggested Yelp waitlist upon arrival. I thought it was just because they were crowded that night but no. The hosts did a terrible job and it’s because the overall service is poor.
