KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot

The atmosphere was very inviting and the staff was very attentive with us. They were able to explain how to cook everything and asked if we knew how to order on their tablet. The food was absolutely delicious, our server Bryan Lee was very kind and friendly. He showed us where we could our sauces and answered our questions. The food came out fairly quickly. Overall a very nice place for lunch. Highly recommend for an outing.

This is me and my bf's fourth time at this location and each experience has been wonderful. When you walk in your greeted by a friendly hostess who ask if this is your first time or not. You can choose to do the bbq or hot pot. We always choose the bbq i do eventually want to try the hot pot. Inside is always very neat, clean and organized i would say they are more busy towards the late afternoon evening time. The atmosphere is very lively, and fun they sing happy birthday to their customers. Once your seated at your booth your waiter brings you a menu to select your items you can tell him/her want you want or you can use the tablet to order your food. i enjoy the tablet because we can take our time ordering what we want and not hold up the waiter at our table. You have 2hrs to eat your meal they also charge i believe $13 per pound of uneaten food so order what you can eat dont waste food. They have a bar towards the right side of the restaurant where you can choose your dipping sauce, seasoning, and sides. Your grill will be turned on while your order is placed so make sure to let your waiter know what temperature suits you the best for cooking your meal. They do come by frequently to pick up empty plates or trays, always asking if you need anything which is super helpful. All the waiters we have had were so friendly, professional and available. Over all i truly love coming here im actually addicted to their garlic shrimp and spicy pork belly omg its delicious. They have amazing drink options i would recommend the pomegranate lemonade, watermelon iced tea and strawberry daiquiri. Service was great—Kaylen did a fantastic job and was very attentive. Food was good, but compared to other KPOT locations I’ve been to, this one has fewer options. With a little more improvement and variety, it could be even better.

We’ve eaten at KPOT more times than we should admit, and it’s always amazing — great food, great service, every single time. Today was no exception. Our server, Bryan Lee, was fantastic and made the whole visit even better. KPOT, keep him forever!

My wife loves the K-Pot experience. I had the Japanese Miso as my base with sliced lamb and prime beef. It was seasoned perfect. I selected sweet potato noodles. Yum!

Dinner was delightful! I always appreciate how friendly the staff is & how clean they maintain the restaurant. I cannot recommend KPot enough! If you're a BBQ lover, this place is for you. Everyone should consider dining here, if you've never been before. I'd like to give a special thank you to Lulu for taking care of us tonight. We'll definitely be back soon. Thanks again

Door was unlocked more than 30 minutes before they opened. We didn’t notice the time on the door, because the open light was on. There were 9-10 people in our party. It was 45 degrees outside today. We were in there more than 10 minutes before anyone even noticed we were there. When they did, they told us we couldn’t be in there. We told them we understood that they weren’t opened yet, but asked if we could stay inside since it was so cold. We asked to speak to the manager. They told us he doesn’t even come in until 12, wow never knew of a restaurant manager that could walk in as they opened. I worked with food. Managers were always there, at least, an hour or more before opening . Same with all retail stores I worked at and was in management positions at. They "said" the manager said we couldn’t stay inside out of the cold. We went right across the way to eat. Ate for less money and much more polite staff. There were more than 5 employees standing at the desk when we left, but they said they were preparing food
