Worst experience ever. We came in as a group for karaoke on the anniversary of my brother’s death and were immediately yelled at for having too many people. Not talked to yelled at. The bartender was rude the entire time. She kept snapping at us, telling us we couldn’t stand up and telling me to sit on one side of the bar when I was feeling sick. We tried to explain why we were there and she literally said she didn’t care.No compassion at all. No professionalism. Just straight attitude from start to finish. We were made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome the whole night. I will never come back and would not recommend this place to anyone.

When we arrived, we were yelled at and told we had too many people, even though we had already called ahead. June and Tom were very rude to our group and kept yelling about where people could stand. They also refused to start karaoke until everyone bought a drink or paid a cover, which was never mentioned when I called. Prices also seemed to change. There was a clear lack of professionalism. We were told multiple times they didn’t want to serve us and preferred serving their regulars. This experience ruined a place we used to enjoy and had good memories of with our friend. We will not be returning.

Worst experience at a place ever. The most rude, disrespectful and unprofessional people run this place and treated our party HORRIBLY. There was not 50 people and nobody attacked the owner and nobody had to step in. The regular customer you guys love making top priority is who attacked people trying to talk all sorts of crazy things and you all just thought that was fine. Nobody was kicked out with police as well so that's just another lie by this company, not surprised. Nobody was keeping quiet when your regular customer starts calling people "retarded" for being frustrated at how poorly we were treated while being there for an already hard time being my Nephews death anniversary. Its very sad the lack of consideration and the way you guys try to twist things. Never recommend going here.

I have come here multiple times and enjoyed myself in the past however, this weekend we had called ahead and let them know we were gonna have about 30 people and we were celebrating a friend’s life who was lost too soon. Our friend had loved to go to karaoke here so we thought it would be the perfect spot. Even though we had called multiple days in advanced, once we arrived, we were yelled at and told that we had too many people. June and tom were very harsh to everyone in our group Yelling that they could only stand on certain sides and that she wouldn’t start karaoke until everyone bought a drink or paid a cover of some sort, which was not discussed on the phone when I called. also, they just make up prices. large lack of professionalism and care. We were also told many times that she didn’t want to serve us and only wanted to serve her regulars. This really ruined the place for us that we have been going to for some time and had great memories of with our friend who passed. will not return.

I’ve been here with the girlies when visiting Missouri and I loved it so much! We spent the evening singing karaoke and eating yummy food! My bestie goes here frequently and loves the owner/staff <3 Highly recommend

if i could do zero stars i definitely would. seriously the worst place I’ve ever been to in my entire life. HORRIBLE service, the owner and her husband whatever they are, are the rudest people I’ve ever met in my life. They are so worried about regular customers that they have a problem with our group who was simply trying to have a good time celebrating a death anniversary and had ZERO consideration and they even let their regular customers that they hold in such high regards tell people to kill themselves and make horrible comments and kick us out rather than the actual problem causer. The place was boring, unwelcoming, the sound of the karaoke was awful, Location is terrible and everything as a whole in this place is complete trash. they also like to charge depending on the person you are to charge more or less for the same exact drinks which is insanity and should not be allowed but doesn’t surprise me with how shitty this place is. i pray this place and their regular customers get the karma they deserve because you all are terrible people and I would never recommend going.

If you don’t buy a drink you’re charged a cover it doesn’t say that on the website. I got three yuenglings and paid the cover charge for 2 of my girls. My other two friends bought drinks and also had to pay a cover charge? It was a slow Wednesday night so think owner was just hustling. I’ll look at my receipt next time just saw charge on my card this morning $60…? 2 covers 3 beers is $60. Had a great time but think I’ll go to Just John for free karaoke on Wednesdays.
