Another Hot Pot & BBQ spot. This time with a robot as a food runner. It's a mix of a Hot Pot place with Umi buffet with lots of the same trees and a fridge full of drinks. There is a small amount of hot food aside from what you cook. There is a better selection of seafood but with rules like you can only pick the lobster once and 2 orders of any of the "special" seafood items by each person, with an order of the "Big Headed Shirmp" that only comes with just ONE SHIRMP. There is also a SPECIAL running where they'll give you 2 Lobster cooked with ginger and scallon when you have 4 or more to your party, which should mean you can get 1 if you are a party of 2 but wasn't the case. So unfortunately, we didn't qualified for. Also there weren't any menus to see the prices for Hot Pot, Hot Pot + BBQ, weekday prices, or kid's prices. We only notice the price when we were done eating and received the bill ($40 for the Hot Pot). We ordered everything from a tablet and there weren't any tabs to click on to check anything other than the food items. For dessert, my buddy had the cheese cake which he thought was good for an AYCE/BUFFET type place. There were some basic fake ice cream in a lil cup which is a bit so so (6-7). But then there is a fridge full of Häagen-Dazs Almond Ice Cream bars which was awesoooome!! All and all, the food was decent. But I would love it if they had a bigger pot for sharing when both are having the same both/soup, bigger bowls for eating, more sauces to personalize the both/soup, 2 orders of any and every one of the special seafood per person instead of just 2 orders per person, and maybe a 1 Ginger Scallon Lobster per every 2 guess offer instead of 2 Lobsters but for a 4 guess minimum.

Came here with a friend and enjoyed my lunch. There is a nice variety of meats and veggies to choose from for the hot pot or BBQ. Sauce bar is ample but the dessert and side bar is a bit lacking. They give you nice portions of whatever you order to the table. The restaurant is large and nicely decorated and staff is attentive. Would definitely go back.

Ordering special seafood is limited to 2 kinds per adult for the entire meal. Which is crazy for what your paying for. There are plenty of hotspot places don't do this. Limited seafood. Not everything is really too fresh. Discoloring on the livers. Shrimp paste is full of starch fillers. Worst taste from all the places I been to. Soup base is way too salty, a lot of food was not too fresh. Only thing that was good was the beef. Not worth the price. Don't waste your money here.

A bit on the pricier side for ayce in general but lots of options. It's a really good deal if you are a seafood fan - you get a free lobster per every 2 guests.

This place opened end of 2024 I been wanting to go check it out. Finally made my way there tonight with couple friends to try out. We went on a Monday night there was no wait at all. We got seated right away. It’s $40 ayce either hot pot of bbq. If you want to do both it’s extra $4. Every 2 people gets a free lobster that comes with the hot pot option. Since we had 4 people we were getting 2 lobsters. Instead of getting it raw you have the option for the to cook it in the kitchen stir fried with ginger and scallion. In addition to the lobster they have some items that are consider as specialty items which everyone is allow to choose 2 which are not unlimited. All the ingredients were decent quality except for the shrimp paste we didn’t really care for. After we cook it it’s supposed to have this "bouncy" texture but instead it tasted kinda soft/mushy. Drinks are also included in the price. They have a good selection of drinks from Asian drinks to soda. In addition you can enjoy some hot rice dumpling dessert or ice cream. This review is only for hot pot as we did not opt for the bbq

I was looking forward to visiting this place as I saw a lot of advertising videos about this restaurant with robots on Instagram but the reality was very far from the cute video... I should say, I liked the decor, big building, but that's where the good part ends... Playground is not safe. My son got hurt really bad, falling of the slide, which had weird sides and was too close to the wall. It was freezing cold inside... I had to cook my own food with three kids which was a complete disaster! The stuff really didn't explain much what I needed to do and it was not enjoyable. The stuff didn't look professional either.I felt like everything was cheap qualityl. So I instead of enjoying my food and sipping a cocktail ( which they don't have either!) I spent the whole night cooking, holding cold bottle to my son's eye, dressed in my winter jacket and listening to my kids complaints how cold they were and hated the food. I will never ever come to this place again! I will say it was the worst restaurant experience of my life! I paid a lot of money for the food that I didn't like and had to cook myself! And on top of it all, I had to do laundry as soon as we got home, because we stunk like food after this restaurant! The worst! Don't waste your money going there!

Decided to try this place since I always see it around the plaza I go to. The experience was okay overall felt a little awkward with not much communication. There were only about 2-3 people in the restaurant, and the food took a bit to come out. But I'll give credit where it's due the food itself was well made and had great flavor
