Came here right at opening time on Sunday to celebrate a birthday, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The staff was not helpful and basically ignored us after about 30 minutes. We waited nearly 20 minutes without any food, and several items we ordered were"not available anymore." On top of that, they kept forgetting our orders and didn’t change out the tray. For a place that just opened for the day, this level of disorganization was unacceptable. Definitely not recommended. Worst birthday dining experience ever.

I didn’t realize that they cook the meat for you instead of you having to do it yourself, which isn’t something I’ve seen very often at KBBQ places. They had nice cuts of meat, free dessert, great sides (shout out to the steamed egg and cheese corn).

Again, another awesome experience at Meat Project KBBQ! We were warmly welcomed by Mr. Min, and our server Jen was very attentive and friendly throughout the stay. The food was delicious — especially the bulgogi, briskets, and marinated steaks. Everything was yummy and well prepared. Highly recommended and surely we will come back.

Meat project has excellent quality meat and excellent service. There’s quite a few meat choices as well. Sides are automatically included and 4 sauces too. If you’re gluten free the staff provides sesame oil with salt for a sauce. Before finishing one serving of meat the servers are already grabbing your order for the next round so there’s no waiting, except for when the meat is cooking of course. My photo includes brisket, the 4 sauces, and some of the sides. Sides can be ordered infinitely and they’re replaced by servers once they’re finished. I definitely recommend meat project!

This was our first time coming here and it did not disappoint! The food was absolutely delicious and it kept coming, both fresh food items and the meat to be cooked on the grill right in front of us, to perfection, without any smoke or burnt smell. An awesome experience, well worth the price.

Hello Foodies, Must visit this place to have a big dinner with Korean BBQ, fried rice and noodles, tried most of the varieties here, every one has authentic taste. I will suggest you guys to try shrimp BBQ and spicy chicken BBQ with available sauces in this place. Also they have steamed egg, corn cheese, they are my favorite food of the day. People are very friendly, they will help you to have the best meal.
