Customer Reviews
Bop & Gogi has a rating of 4.4 out of 5 based on over 758 reviews on Google
This was my first time in. Portion sizes were good. Went in about an hour before closing. I've eaten allot of Korean food through the years, primarily in Korea. It's not the best I've eaten. Pork belly was extremely dry, lacked flavor and not fresh. Kimchi was sweet not tangy or spicy. Looking at all the 5 star reviews, I was expecting a better experience. Perhaps if I had gone earlier in the day the food would have been better.
I’ve driven by this place a few hundred times. Super glad I stopped. The Korean barbecue wings were awesome. Perfect lunch while transferring between one courthouse to another quick easy and delicious highly recommend
Delicious hot stone bowl bibimbap! Made fresh by a lovely older couple who gave us great customer service shortly before they closed. Way better than some of the fast food options in the area.
First time at Bop & Gogi. Arrived at 12:30pm. Plenty of open tables. We had Bibimbop and Pork Belly Stew Ramen for lunch. Food is legit great, affordable (around $12 per dish) while they don’t skim on portion and ingredients. Food was ready in under five minute. Service is fine, expect it as food placed on the kitchen counter, order number is called, and the diners’ be taking it to the table. Will return and order other dishes on the menu.
I wouldn’t say everyone was *super* friendly, but I would say that the food was very good and made to order. I got musubi and Bibimbap and cucumber kimchi to go. It was all super delicious. It’s set in a small row of restaurants with an opening you need to look out for to make your turn.
This little gem hiding at the corner of a bunch of small eateries is a great discovery. You may not be impressed when you opened the door. There’s no one to greet you on your arrival. Instead you approach the kiosk and made your food selection and you seated yourself. That said the foods that they serve were all about flavours, and they deliver good foods on budget. So this isn’t where you want to bring your date but it’s a great place to order and bring home to eat. If you must there are about 20 seats available for you to dine in. Everything is self service however. It would be more appropriately named Bop & Gogi Kitchen’s
It was okay. Dining style is very casual. And the food is so salty.Japchae is too salty and not very satisfying to look at. Regular bibimbop sucks. It's cold except the egg. I mean it should be atleast warm even it's not on a hot plate. But they charge you extra $2 for a hot plate. It was disappointing. The only thing I enjoy is the Gyoza.
