Mongolian Grill LLC - CASPER

I’ve been going to mangolian grill for a long time and this is the first time I’ve had a bad experience. Walked in and the "general manager" was rude as all could be. I pushed it to the side until she threw our silverware and straws on the table. I told her we would be leaving. Acted like we were an inconvenience to her even tho nobody customers were there.

Well, not so wow, it's just that if you have a quick bite to eat, you can visit! The dishes are dirty, not washed, I took about 10 plates, they all came out dirty! But the food will be better in the box!

Tasted awful and I absolutely love Mongolian. Waste of 63$! Don’t do it It isn’t worth it. Don’t even give them a chance because you’ll be disappointed.

Poor reception. My food tasted the same as my friend, we had different sauces, I would never recommend this place, we had hair in our food

Great food, restaurant needs a good cleaning. I mean close down for a day and clean the whole place. But the the food is so good, I'll risk it being dirty 🤣

Good service. But prepared my meal with Chicken. Got there at 11 when they opened the Chicken still had ice. I noticed the cook hacking on chicken with his machete pushing it around the drum. Got it to go when I got home not one piece of Chicken , he must of snuffed it off when I wasn't looking. Never going back unbelievable 🤬
