This location is Amazing in comparison to the other Chubby Cattle locations that I frequent as a member. It helps that it’s located in a mall where you can walk around instead of waiting outside on busy days. Also, our server Atlas went above and beyond assuring our needs were met! My party felt very welcomed and taken care of during the entire meal. Will definitely return to this location again.

This was my first time at this restaurant, and honestly the whole process was pretty confusing. It was hard to understand how to order food and how the system works. You have to walk around to get your food yourself, and the server doesn’t come very often, so it didn’t feel like regular table service. The food was okay, nothing special. Not bad, but not something I would crave or come back for. The place also didn’t feel very clean, which affected the overall experience. I’d give it three stars. It’s fine to try once for the experience, but personally I wouldn’t return. The whole process of ordering, picking up food, and cleaning up after yourself felt too complicated and not very enjoyable.

This place is so fun! The employees and wait staff were incredibly friendly and super helpful with everything. The quality of the meats were excellent. I particularly loved the little buffet section where you could get sides like rice, miso soup, fruit, etc, and it's all included! Loved the milk tea machines, too. Definitely need to visit again and try some of the items I missed!

Renard, our server, was very attentive and came to check on us often and was informative about the restaurant and it's offering. Great great customer service from him. We ordered the silver tier since we felt that is the most value tier after trying all tiers from the other locations as well. The quality of the meat was like the Rowland Heights and Monterey Park locations. However, this location has the most offering for sides, desserts and drinks. Free parking at the mall.

Didn't regret going here. If you're a meatlover, you should definitely try this place. Joseph and Nichole were awesome, very nice and accommodating. Very knowledgeable about the food that they serve. Mike is very funny and friendly, they all work hard. The staffs here were great! Will definitely be back!

Nick was awesome! Such a nice guy and very knowledgeable. Everything was delicious. Seriously, this is a great place and I love this Woodland Hills location. All of the staff were friendly and accommodating. I definitely joined the membership because of the quality.

RESERVATION/WAITING was disappointing - I have a feeling that, because this place is fairly new, they may still be figuring things out. I made a reservation for 7:45 but wasn't seated until an hour later. Last call was at 9:30. A person in front of us who didn't have a reservation had already waited 3 hrs. Checking in was easy but then watching parties be seated who came after us sucked especially when hungry, and none of the hostesses updated us on if/when we'd be seated sooner or later unless we went up to them while they were seating others. Parties of 2 and a party of 14 were seated, but a table for 4 was unavailable? We seemingly were skipped over since my boyfriend overheard a hostess take in a party with a reservation for 8PM. Not a good first impression. Self-serve station was a bit lacking since the rice dispensing machine was out as soon as we got to it, curry was cold as well as the wagyu burgers that they put out, and their chicken karaage was sold out. The best thing about this place was their meats and sushi. The quality was undeniable. Our server Anthony was truly the best, constantly checking in on us and updating us on when our orders would be coming up. He even showed us how to properly cook the special meats which I really appreciated. I'll probably give this place one more shot at a far later time. Otherwise for first timers, I highly recommend making a reservation for or coming in as soon as they open.
